Smartcare
Fantastic. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team helped me set up my first VA client, we invoices on Tuesday and were paid the following Friday. 10 days to get paid by the VA unheard of. Great process, great product.
- Ease of use for both admin and field
- Scheduleing, payroll, billing and on boarding are all a dream
- Could be better in the client set up with tasks, multilingual app would help

Worst CRM I have ever used
The more I use the system the more it frustrates me. I think I could have simplified my life more had I ran my company off of an excel and other platforms. Very, very, disappointed. The sales rep was amazing and made everything look so simple and great. I regret signing a contract and have been extremely disappointed in many ways. I have worked with over 5 CRM systems in the past, this has been my worst experience ever.

everything is way more overly complicated than it should be, and requires to much work and effort to do the most simplest tasks, very often support reps lack the ability to assist with guidance and instruction, no onboarding team or personalized onboarding, training videos give too few details, live chat or live rep is not often available, the app is extremely limited in online vs app feature accessibility

Team Love Homecare Review
As a whole, I am very pleased with the program and I understand that some of the changes I've suggested may not be applicable or realistic without a lot of work on their part. My staff has been very happy with the app overall and the only complaint they've had is the location issues. We will be continuing to use the program long term, and we highly recommend it to others.
- I like that I can access the software via multiple venues and that it is mostly easy to use on all of them
- Generally speaking, when we've reached out to SmartCares customer service with ideas on how to make the software better, they always accomodate our requests
There are a few ideas which I've extended to the development team that have not been implemented yet, such as the ability to delete messages, changing the two week task history to the two week notes history, making the staff able to view notes that are updated in the system rather then creating a PDF which needs to be manually uploaded, the ability to see the notes when clicking on the shift as an administrator instead of just showing the paperclip on the notes, location issues, the ability to cancel a shift from the app, availablity to extend indefiently, and giving the ability to text other staff directly from the app

Renewed Appreciation
When I first started with Smartcare I was very overwhelmed and frustrated trying to learn a new system. I was cranky and rude to the tech support all the time and they were so helpful and always very kind and supportive. I got over my attitude and learned their system well. They have taken all tips that I have asked for in features and are implementing them as fast as they can. Every single one of them have been so kind and responsive and I am beyond grateful for that.
- How easy it is to do payroll when using the integrated Deluxe system
- Being able to communicate with caregivers through the app
- Ease of scheduling from the app and normal safari on my phone
- Communication with tech support is direct, fast, friendly and well worth every penny
- There is a lot to the software that I don't need to use because my state is not a regulated state, so I do get confused with all the different features at times
- Because I'm not utilizing certain features all the time, I do get lost regularly and have to call support, but they get me in the right direction quickly
Switched From
Was with a Franchise that used ClearCare and switched when I went to independent. ClearCare was cloudy care and to big for it britches. A lot of features with a lot of down falls

This software saved my life
Aniie is a great software for companies needing to schedule multiple caregivers and clients.
- When you have a question or comment on how to improve the software
- Aaniie lets you know that your questions and comments have been taking into consideration and will have an answer for you as soon as they can
Scheduling is hard because schedules can be deleted without anyone doing anything with a clients schedule

There are features that could be useful, such as the billing component, if the overall software was delivered as promised
- In staffing, we need to know our in-home caregivers' schedules
- The system does not provide us was a comprehensive view of the employee's schedule to staff them

First Time Scheduling System User
Overall this has been a great organizational tool with scheduling and an easy system to train different staff members on. The employees seem to have a great experience with the app and having all the vital information they need to perform their jobs efficiently! We look forward to the new developments that SMARTcare will continue to create and utilizing them in our daily scheduling.
- This product has a variety of different features and tools
- I do have to say that our company doesn't even use all the features it has, that is because they have thought of so many options that SMARTcare Software would be beneficial to many companies
- You can customize this system to fit your needs and that is just what we did
- We worked with the SMARTcare team to develop a way for our Human Resources and Payroll systems to merge with SMARTcare to limit the manual labor between all the system and to cut down on any errors that could occur
- This frees up our office staff to be able to focus on the clients and staff training
- It makes scheduling easy as staff can view everything from their schedules to information on their clients right on the app
- There are very little things so far for cons that we have
- We would like to see a calendar view of our clients schedule in a PDF version that we can send to clients and families so they know what caregivers to expect and at what times
- Our account rep has ensured us that this is coming very soon
- Its nice to know that when they receive suggestions they really do listen and try to make it happen

"We chose SMARTcare over other products because they had all the features we were looking for in one system! We had a list pf priorities of functions we needed and they were the top choice! They were willing to customize our companies profile to fit our needs. They understand that not all companies run the same so being able to listen to what their customers want and working with them to develop that product really puts a company at ease! They also have very detailed reports and other features that you might not have thought of but find yourself using everyday. I am very happy with this product and would recommend SMARTcare to anyone looking for a great system!"
