The course overall was good, interactive learning that made me see value for money. i always recommend my team to join the courses.
What i liked most was that course creation,its ease and use, the course management, value for money
improvements and updates kept to take a lot of time updating, i would recommend automating it to be done late nights

Great Launchpad for a Career in IT
Overall, my experience with ACI Learning was very positive. The CUSS program gave me a strong foundation in IT support and helped boost my confidence. The instructors were engaged and explained things clearly, and the course structure kept me motivated. I walked away feeling prepared for a help desk or support role and better equipped to pursue further IT certifications and growth.

Good service but...
Good, and help is responsive. I enjoy having the freedom to watch videos one day, do labs another and quizzes to test my knowledge
- I enjoy having access to videos, practice quizzes and labs at my finger tips
- thanks to these features I procured my Comptia certification
- Videos could be too long at times, and labs aren't as interactive as I would look like
- The quizzes could be repetitive

The best learning place
Overall, I am so happy to be as a learner at ACL its the best for me to learn whatever I want, and can navigate here and there freely to learn.
ACL is the best I have been using different platforms for my learning but since I started ACL I have stopped the rest

Excellent Training Platform
Fantastic and highly rewarding. I was able to get my first role into IT support because of the trainings and resources I got from there.
- ACI learning is designed for everyone irrespective of your current level in IT
- I found it useful because it helped me transition smoothly into IT
- Prior before then, I had no previous knowledge of IT
- The best for me is their videos and associated lab sessions
- These were thoroughly made to make the whole learning experience interesting and smooth
- The subscription model used
- One has to pay for access to all courses at a time
- It will be easier if students pay for courses as they require
- This will obviously reduce the yearly subscription

Bang for the buck
It's fantastic and it beats the competitor Plural sight where it feels nothing but power points with voice over, this feels like actual instruction, and you feel like instructors' care and want to be there.
- The material and how they go about it is extremely interactive and keeps me attentive
- The interactions between the instructors and sharing of experiences between them give it a "this old house" feel where they're ensuring you're not just prepared for the cert but for how you might come across certain situations in the field that relate to it
I wish there was more labs and harder labs that not just prep you for the cert but really force you learn a seemingly weird scenario and apply what you've learned cause chances are you are going to encounter a very strange scenario out in the field

I used this platform to pass my Sec+, CCNA and other certifications. It’s a great resource. I would like to see new content soon.
- Great resource to study for certifications
- Not only has videoed, but also labs and practice exams
- There are a few updated labs, Linux+ and CCNA that are great hands on practice
- Since the ACI conversion, there has not been any new content delivered
- There used to even be a cyber podcast that went away along with many of the edutainers
