Great Netsuite Alternative
We recently switched from NetSuite to Agiliron, and the transition has been nothing short of excellent. The onboarding and implementation process was smooth and efficient, with great support every step of the way. Their team is responsive, service-oriented, and truly invested in our success. Plus, the lower fees make it an even better choice. We’re very happy with the switch and highly recommend Agiliron to any business looking for a powerful yet cost-effective solution!
- Reasonable pricing, no contracts, great service
Not much to report, but the implementation did take slightly longer than expected

Price and lack of service, Netsuite did not suite the needs of our small business

Extremely positive. Outstanding customer support, [sensitive content hidden] is the best. [sensitive content hidden] is very knowledgeable and has very good humor!
- We are about to go live with Agiliron in the next few days, and so far, it has been an amazing experience
- It took a long time to find a software which is able to handle all of our inquiries and sales orders
- As well as supplier PO's, handle multiple currencies and stock levels, databases and so on
- Agiliron does it all
- While being affordable
- It has so many features, it's a joy to work with
- I also love that a certain percentage can be specifically programmed to our own needs
- Their customer support is intergalactic
- In over 20 years of international business management have I ever met a company with such amazing customer support
- Within 24 hours they get back to you, no matter what
- [sensitive content hidden] was by our side from the very beginning, and I'm overjoyed to know that she will stay our contact person for the years to come
- Her professionalism and friendliness are a pleasure to experience
- If you are looking for a new software, look no further
- Give them a try, 100% worth it

A Waste of Many Thousands of Dollars and 4 Months of Effort
In time we may have been able to make this complicated program work for our business, but it required several 'customizations" that were paid for up-front and ultimately never implemented because we terminated the launch after months of frustration. In addition, they set up the company to license all users and channels in advance of the launch, so they can bill for all users during the configuration phase instead of just the single admin user. A waste of money on our part paying for licenses we could not use until after launch.
On the surface it was priced well and seemed like a complete offering to manage a retail distrobution business like ours
- Many seemingly basic requirements were not present, or were available only as a customization
- For example, products could not be imported by simply using MPN (manufacturer part numbers)
- Or every customer needlessly requiring an email address as a key field
- The application is extremely complex yet shockingly deficient in many areas

Looking for a POS that could better integrate with online databases.
Why they chose it
"Long-term user fees were less and the demo meeting suggested full required functionality. we were wrong."

Top Notch customer service
[sensitive content hidden] was wonderful before , during and after launch and was able to accommodate all of our programming requests.
- Attention from Agiliron support was consistent throughout the entire process
- Agiliron seems to be working hard to add more custom features

Agiliron/QBO from Microsoft GP
Our company recently switched our ERP system from Microsoft Great Plains to Agiliron & QBO. Our onboarding team, lead by [sensitive content hidden], was super helpful and attentive during our set up period. Then...once we went live we were in constant contact - in a good way! [sensitive content hidden] would reply immediately to my questions. There are a few things we still are working through, but we always get the best customer service!
- The UI is pretty intuitive
- I really like how the support team is very quick to help resolve any issues or answer your questions
- There are a few lookups that aren't as seamless as I'd like

The cost of maintaining Dynamics was way more than it was worth. We had to pay support for a lot of assistance
Why they chose it
"Both were much more expensive and would still require paying a separate support team over $10K annually."

Great software and great customer service
overall its a great software i definitely recommend it for small businesses. i had a lot of questions at the beginning and the onboarding time were always ready to help and answers my emails and phone calls same day
The software offers everything we need at a reasonable price, and the onboarding team has been incredibly helpful and easy to reach out to
one thing that i didn't like that we cant switch the order to an invoice from the shipping section we have to go back to order management and invoice it, it's not a real issue its just will be easer to be able to handle everything from one place
Why they chose it
"it has all features i'm looking fore for a reasonable price"

Not going back
I underestimated the time and financial investment. Migrating from QB's POS to Multi-Channel software is a financial and time investment for any business.
You select the merchant service provider that meets your needs and the future of Multi-Channel Agilion and NetSuite's architecture integration similarities
- To meet our end goal, we use OOS IT support

MOVED FROM QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP TO AGILIRON
Verified reviewer
- (1) Best value for the money
- (2) Onboarding process is great
- (3) Staff training is great
- (4) Centrally managed inventory for multiple stores/warehouses and multiple sales channels
- (5) Inventory includes ability to enter SEO information and product images (used with B2C/B2B/POS channels), maintain multiple vendors for each product, and several other features which we have yet to implement
- (6) CRM is good
- (7) Ability to perform bulk updates is great
- (8) Moving to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory throughout the organization
- (1) Learning curve is steep
- We have leaned heavily on Onboarding team
- (2) Product requires multiple steps to perform the same tasks compared to QuickBooks
- (3) Agiliron interface is not very intuitive
- Its focus is on looking up information versus creating new transactions or list items
- (4) Support is slow to respond to requests outside of the simple
- (5) The online Learning Center does not give good directions in the How-To sections
- (6) CRM side does not allow creation of Quotes for Leads and Prospects, only Customers
- (7) Built-in reports are lacking, and common reports are missing (e
- g
- , Customer A/R Aging Report, Product Margin Report)
- (8) Payment Terms do not do anything
- They are just another list item
- If a customer has terms of 1% 10 Net 30 and they pay within the 10-day discount window, Agiliron will just treat the payment as being short, leaving a balance due
- You must reopen the original invoice and enter the discount manually, line-by-line, for each product before you post the customer payment
- This is not efficient and is time-consuming
- (9) QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order
- Sales are not posted until the sale is paid in full
- If you change the point upon which the import occurs, you will have issues in Agiliron
- We have been told that Agiliron integrates better with QuickBooks Online
- This should not be the case if you advertise that your software integrates with both online and desktop versions

We have 2 retail stores, each in a different city. Since 2010, each store used QuickBooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory. Both stores carry the same inventory items, although some may come from different vendors. Each store used its own QBES company file and maintained its own inventory which meant we had several issues with inventory (multiple SKUs for the same items, sales prices differed between stores, units of measure were different). The stores could not see what was in each other’s inventory. Our inventory has approximately 8,000+ SKUs, with half of that inventory being matrix items. We also needed a more robust B2B online ordering solution for our regular customers, along with a way to centrally manage inventory among all sales channels. We looked at several 3rd party solutions and finally decided on Agiliron.

Good Solid Choice
Good overall experience, the software can be customised significantly and support is good
- Wide range of integrations and the integrations are solid and in depth
- Formula based pricing options are really good Many features compared to alternatives Reasonable price considering the alternatives
- Software is localised for USA/Northern America
- Weight/Date/Phone formats are all tailored to North America rather than Europe/Global
- Payment processing options are also limited to North America
Switched From
More flexibility and better integrations than the alternatives. I reviewed no less than 12 alternatives before settling on Agilirion. A lot of flexibility and customisation is possible in Agiliron comapred to the competition
