AllBooked is a Game Changer for Us

It has been a pleasure since day one. Their chat support is 24/7. Every individual I've spoken with has been invaluable and supportive.

What they liked
  • Skedda has been a game changer at our organization
  • We are a nonprofit community arts center providing classes, a gallery, and live theater productions
  • We have set up AllBooked to allow our staff to schedule individual rooms and everyone has full visibility to all of the classes, events, and workshops at all times
  • AllBooked has saved staff time, while simultaneously improving communication and awareness of our activities
Room for improvement
  • I have no complaints
  • Due to our large number of bookable spaces, the mobile app isn't as user-friendly as the website
  • Other than some tweaks to make the mobile app more friendly on a cell phone, I have no complaints

Calendar could not appropriately handle the number of spaces and was very cumbersome to use.

Efficient and Easy

Excellent service provided by professional people. Help staff are knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Always available when required.

A user friendly online booking system, but it’s pretty pricey. Will look for other alternatives if you increase the monthly fee.

  • There is still some limitation on Quotas setting
  • I cannot set up condition that allow a member to have one hour free usually per day, and 50% discount for additional booking on same day

Review of Allbooked

mostly great, it works, and it most important, would like to get more reports, to track customer behavior, do more analiticts, maybe add meta nad google ads tools to track conversions from ads

Interface is good, logic, for person is clear how to book, works good and fast, dont know what to say more

Room for improvement
  • Long time of waiting for new features like promo codes, it was asked two years go, still not developed
  • Pricing is very strange then you took out features after upgrade ;D

Excellent platform for room bookings

Totally recommend to anyone who has.many users fornoffice space or room hire. Its very self sufficient

  • Love that my bookers and log in and work away without having to monitor and take time out

  • Some functionality issues around rules
  • But only small gripe here, and can be easily worked around with some thinking

Extremely useful software that is inexpensive and relatively user friendly.

Excellent. The FAQ's are comprehensive and help is always close at hand.

What they liked
  • It's quite a comprehensive and easy to establish booking system
  • Being able to link with Stripe is a great addition
  • e previously used the free version and hesitated to go down the pay route but compared with other software it is very reasonable and does a great job and the staff on the help desk are fabulous and always respond quickly and solve any issues promptly
Room for improvement
  • Setting up some of the booking parameters eg different rates for peak times and tagged users is quite difficult especially when double negatives are involved so it's not easy to do and I have needed assistance from the crew to get it operating as I wanted
  • A home page with some booking guidance and an overview of the venue would also be useful
  • We will do that on our own website but not everyone is going to get to our Skedda page that way

Excellent Scheduling from Skedda.

Site has always been reliable and has helped our club manage our bookings. Staff are always available for support and are very knowledgable and helpful.

  • Email updates and user levels provide enhanced control and prevent accidental booking deletion

  • Sometimes fails to update in real time
  • Occasionally if someone books at the same time the calendar isn’t immediately updated, allowing a very small chance of a conflict

I think overall that AllBooked has been a smooth experience with few minor issues. The team helped answer all my questions, setup the system and then follow up once we had fully implemented it. I would highly recommend this for any booking purposes.

What they liked

Its very easy to use and the team are great at supporting setup and they are constantly adding useful features

Room for improvement

I think that they are still in early development of some features and are missing a few things that could be implemented easily, it would be great to see these continue to be improved and to listen to customer feedback

Switched From

This is a much more up to date software with a great support team and online bookings support.

Simple and Easy to Use booking platform!

Overall, It is an easy and simple conference room booking platform. The cost is reasonable at roughly $500-$600/year per venue. And our tenants have not complained

What they liked
  • Easy and simple to use
  • Able to quickly edit any reservation and modify
  • Also extremely easy to add additional users as either booking or regular admin, while adding optional fees
  • can also upload pictures of the rooms, huge Plus
Room for improvement
  • There aren't a lot of complaints
  • I wish there was a way we could integrate the skedda platform with some sort of electronic tablet to install at the front entrance to the conference rooms, to make the daily schedule easily accessible to tenants onsite
