About Ally

Ally is a comprehensive software system that combines scheduling, electronic visit verification (EVV), integrated payment processing, and claim submission for home care registries. This solution is also suitable for clients with independent caregivers looking to access payment automation and tax form delivery. Ally can be accessed on any device with an internet connection and offers native mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. This solution allows caregivers to clock in/out via the Ally mobile app or using a telephony system. It uses GPS to verify the appropriate location at the time of care. With the app, caregivers can also access visit history, manage shifts, and view/print pay stubs. Additionally, Ally supports electronic signatures for insurance claims and can process credit card and ACH payments. Other features include push notifications, offline visit captures, customizable rates, drag-and-drop schedule changes, plus more. Pricing information is provided by Ally Home Care. Support is available via documentation, video tutorials, and other resources.

Terrible Communication

Our overall experience has been mixed. Initially, the company was very hands-on and supportive during the transition. Unfortunately, this level of assistance significantly diminished over the months we worked with them.

  • Its contemporary design gives pages a polished and streamlined appearance
Room for improvement
  • This company struggles with poor communication and inconsistency
  • They frequently make "adjustments" and "improvements" that disrupt our operations and undermine the efficiency of our processes
  • Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls, responses are often delayed by several days
  • These issues have negatively impacted our relationships with both clients and staff, ultimately leading us to discontinue our partnership with them due to their questionable business practices

Do not waste your time! This software is terrible.

My overall experience has been terrible since day 1. The app that the caregiver's clock in and out with never works and payroll has been a nightmare. I hate that they don't care about caregivers not getting paid. It is not small amounts that are not being paid, it's hundreds of dollars.
