Customer service is great, helping and solving problems fast.
- Used by such big companies, although can be used by small companies too as it has the easiest way to rewarding employees
- Furthermore, not only employees but also partners
- Also being cloud based and having an app are the greatest features
Reporting and some templates should have been customizable, or this needs to be given for users in future updates
