Not sure what we did before this software
The ProcessPro staff is incredible. Implementation consultants, support staff, IT staff, all extremely helpful. I know if I have a question or concern, it'll be answered promptly.
- I like that it's build specifically for Process Manufacturing
- Unlike other ERP software I have used, there's not a lot of customizing to be done since it's so ready out of the box
- My only complaint is that the user interface isn't the best it could be
- Looks a little outdated, which makes it not as user friendly for employees interacting with it

- The software is very maleable
- Our processes don't fit into traditional non food manufacturing processes, but we have very easily been able to find a system that works for us to maintain traceabity, accurate costing and use of the inventory control functionality
- The service contract is like paying an extra employee mnu benefits
- But if you conder them a partner and utilize it fully you are in fact getting a whole plethora of other employees that is are experts in the softare

- The program is easy to use and navigate thru
- I do not like the fact that you cannot change the color or size of the font
- I just purchased new glasses, I can see my home computer and laptop information at home
- I can see my email and other screens (Excel) at work, however, since Process Pro is such a light font and you cannot change the size, I struggle to see the screen when I am trying to search for information

Make it pretty
I think it works, I make it work for me but other users that are not as familiar with computers have a hard time getting around. I think the interface needs to be cleaner, simple, more attractive and friendly for a more generic user.

- That the software is fully integrated and fairly easy and intuitive to use
- The system handles all aspects of our business from sales and receivables to purchasing, manufacturing, lot control and payables while generating the general ledger posting automatically
- The report writer is just a beast to use
- I was able to write reports using UNIX on our last system and still can't seem to get the hang of Business Intelligence
- Support also seems reluctant to dive into system problems
- They would rather fix the immediate problem vs
- exploring the greater ramifications of the problem
