A One Stop Shop for Private Lenders
While my critiques of the Document Management and API integrations may seem harsh, it is only because so many other aspects of the software are Tier 1. The ease and simplicity of the users to navigate and accomplish what they need is impressive. Also there is the unique and profoundly helpful ability for capital investors to also have an account on the platform. This is an absolute game changer, especially for brokers who may sell their loans or even offer fractional participation in their loans.
- I love the integration of a robust servicing software that has a solid origination side
- They are working to build out their origination to make it more robust for their users
- Their development is intentional and methodical
- They do not release "updates" that have not been thoroughly tested
- There is confidence that when a release or patch is launched, it will function correctly and as expected
- Their dev team is extremely communicative, and if you put in the time to send them bug or functionality reports, they will be quick to address the problem
- If you have suggestions, this company really does listen to its users and makes recommendations to the platform seriously
- There are two main issues that I currently have with Baseline, Document handling framework work as well as non-existence of API integration
- The biggest issue for us right now is the very rudimentary handling of documents within the platform
- All documents generated will always be in Word Doc file, there is no way to generate a document in a PDF
- Being able to customize loan programs, users, and loan files with specific documents or have defaulted documents for users is clunky and lacks seamless integration across the differing segments of the platform
- The API integration while not critical, is non-existent, and if you would like your LOS/ Servicing software to be able to integrate into a CRM or email campaign/ responder, no luck
- You will have to have a dedicated staff member transferring user contact information over to your CRM manually

I was a faithful client and user of LendWise for many years, close to 7. My frustration was the turn over of their dev team, failure to properly test product updates and releases for bugs or functionality, and primarily for the lack of priority they put known bugs in the system. When I left LW in the summer of 2023, there were still basic, foundational bugs with the operation of their platform that had not been addressed since 2016 when I had first raised the awareness. I appreciate the leadership team at LW, however the platform constantly had issues, and I was tired of waiting for a streamlined and modern LOS platform that promised all they stated it could do.

Revolutionary Tool
Excellent. I had tried out another application in the private lending space, and gave it a good try, 8 months. It was not intuitive. Baseline is logical and robust. I've been using it since June, 2024. It's helped me me almost double my loan volume.
- The support
- Technology is not always my friend, and the support staff at baseline respond almost immediately to questions
- The training was designed and implemented perfectly
- Baseline is also very customizable to meet your individual needs
- There were features missing at first, but the team created them upon request

Robust platform with responsive team
Simple to use, robust functions, and visually straightforward with a responsive support team
- Baseline is a straightforward interface that is easy to learn
- Our organization began implementation before I was hired but I was able to quickly move forward with implementation and historical data for a complete picture in the software
- We like the portal interface for borrowers, comprehensive platform (account info, documents, etc) and the responsive customer service
- We also appreciate the ability to customize document generation and platform settings without the need to work with the engineering team
- After using this for the last 10 months, we definitely found functionality that seemed to be necessary but missing, or functions that did not work properly as we began implementing them
- This occurs much less frequently now than it did at the beginning

Baseline is THE REAL DEAL!
The product and the support is great. When you use something that works, you know it was put together by people that have been there and done that and that is Baseline. It was built by people that were in the business doing what we do day in and day out, so they know what we need and they built what we need.

- We do a good volume and have a lot of applications
- Baseline takes all the pain out of running a lending business

Baseline Lending Review
Positive. The support team is good to work with and attentive, and the product itself is extremely useful. It becomes a "hub" of sorts for your lending platform.
- Baseline is simple, easy to use and easy to learn
- It has the core features down pat and is a very helpful tool to manage my portfolio of loans + communicate with investors and borrowers
- Overall great to use and helpful
- The ACH automated payment tool to pull in payments needs to be increased / a little smoother
- This is not a Baseline "issue" rather it is with the third party payment processer, but nonetheless that is the only con I can think of it is a great software

Amazing Products and Staff
Love StatStak, which we would have switched years ago! We have spent thousands on fees and products memberships in the past.

180 Performance Center StatStak review
It has been a much more customer-friendly site to use than our old site with Mindbody! It’s easier to use on our end as well and makes our jobs simpler! The only downside again that we have struggled with is the reporting! It is easy to create events and copy lessons from one week to the next, saving us steps in the process!
- The simplicity and customization of the website is very user-friendly
- It is easy to make changes and updates when you need to
- The company is always making updates and changes to the functionality of the website as well which is cool to see and the team is awesome to work with
- We also use it to house our travel ball team information which has been very easy to use
The financial reporting has never really lined up with what our bank accounts say, which makes us nervous

Statstak is a GREAT platform
Customer support team is unlike anything else I've experienced with any platform I've ever worked with. The response time and knowledge of responses is incredible. That, and their continued improvements, make this a truly great platform.
- This is absolutely built for our business
- Nearly everything that we need is all in one place, allowing us to remove other ways that our business has operated in the past, and remove other platforms we are paying for
- They continually update to improve and add features
- As they grow and update, there can be occasional bugs that happen
- In particular, have noticed delivery reliability of the messaging function missing people from time to time
- We are talking about a small number in 1000's of messages we send
- Recently, they have made strides to help with this, which is appreciated
- This is the only thing keeping this from a 5 star product

Incredible.
Constantly shocked about how much baseball facility specific functionality there is. Mentioned a “this would be nice” to a developer early on, and the feature appeared within a few months. Super easy to chat with support staff who are proactive in helping due to the win-win business model. Not like other software that is over complicated, not baseball specific, and no one is motivated to help since there is a subscription model.

Best LOS and servicing software hands down
I am a LOYAL customer and Baseline plays a pivotal part in my business
- The software is intuitive and provides everything you need to fund a loan from origination to payoff… truly a 1 stop shop
- Getting onboarded by their team is the difference maker, they are hands on with you every step of the way

Baseline is worth the look if you want to save time and money while getting a superior product.
Baseline has been a refreshing experience for us. Instead of working with a company that would tell us what you see is what you get Baseline was willing to listen to our needs as a lender/servicer and come up custom solutions and numerous efficiencies that save out team precious time.
- Their product is what we needed and not a bunch of add-ons that have no particular use to us
- Baseline also had several efficiencies that saved us a ton of time and manual inputting
- We don't have any complaints as of yet
- Baseline is still rolling out features so it may be earlier on the product development side but we are excited about this as they are more than willing to accept your input

Highly Recommend for All Sports Complexes!
I have been very pleased with the weekly meetings with [sensitive content hidden] and the ability to get answers very quickly with the help portion on the site.
I really like the smooth registration process for events on the customer end as well as the overall design look on our customized website

Great product
I enjoy the layout of the website, the easy accessibility of contact information, and the smoothness of the software.
