- The possibility to manage all compensation components in a single platform (C&B and SPM)
- The visibility and the self service functionalities provided to the different actors
- Simulation functionalities to analyze impacts of plans or calculation rules changes Cloud approach for more flexibility, better time to market and improved performances and security
- The mobile access can still be improved, i know it is in the roadmap
