About BizScheduler

BizScheduler is a job scheduling solution designed for field service professionals in several industry segments, including home health, janitorial services, plumbing, painting contractors, home maintenance, pet sitting, and more. It enables businesses to streamline processes related to billing, document management, and job estimation, among other administrative processes. BizScheduler allows staff members to access and create work orders with details, such as customer name, billing amount, address, driving instructions, and service type. With the built-in calendar, team leaders can schedule daily, weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual new as well as recurring jobs. Additionally, the customer relationship management (CRM) module allows employees to create a centralized database of client information with details, such as name, address, email, phone number, job history, and other relevant documents. BizScheduler allows businesses to utilize the QuickBooks integration to create invoices, process credit cards, and record payments. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, and other online measures.

Very User Friendly

I've been a user for many years now and it's been one of the best things I've ever done for my company. It does that work so I don't have to. It helps me so my job easier and keeps our clients informed.

Biz Scheduler Review

There’s a considerable amount of learning curve, and I would like to see more videos to show all the techniques. I also feel like they are help topics are not extensive I am a visual learner I don’t like to read and then do it. I think it is a bit expensive

BizSheduler is the sofware scheduler you Need in your office.

Our office runs smoothly because of BizScheduler. It is an invaluable tool we use to keep track of jobs, our crew and our customers. It is an all in one tool that includes invoicing and integrating with Quickbooks.

What they liked
  • BizScheduler software is the second most important part of our business
  • Each morning I turn on the computer open BizScheduler and in front of me is my day, week and month
  • What the crew will be doing
  • Where they will be and what time they will be there
  • The phone rings I speak with a customer and easily find a file or create one and move through the calendar to find a day and a time for their service
  • The product is user friendly and support is readily available if a problem arises
  • When a job is completed invoices can be created and emailed from the customer file
  • When payment is received BizSchedule works seamlessly with Quickbooks to process payments
  • Another plus is that the product is continuously being improved and updated
  • It barely resembles the software I was using fifteen years ago
  • The most important part of the job of course are the people who make everything work behind the scenes

  • I don't have much to say in this regard
  • I have run into bumps but have been able to work them out with support
  • It is usually my lack of knowledge that causes a problem not the product

Overall great software and great people

Overall, it's been a stand-out experience in terms of a relationship with a vendor. [sensitive content hidden] and the team are warm and friendly, quickly responsive, and receptive to feedback. The software has performed admirably for us as a company and has been a key component in our success and growth.

  • It allows my employees to see their schedules in advance and have lots of detail so they understand what they will be doing
