They do some things great, others they need work.
When they work well the system is very easy to run for extended periods with minimal issue. But once you have an issue you might as well call your vice president and threaten company war fare if you need help to solve a problem cause they take time to get stuff ironed out once it flops and that can be their biggest down fall. Otherwise they have lots of room for expansion with their product and it works well when maintained by tech capable people as your local support before you have to get with Blaze.
- The system has many avenues for completing the same tasks and doing product entry and POS integration with multiple platforms
- The tech support is there if you have to reach out
- The platform works with many different other attachments in regard to POS expansion
- The tech support is there as mentioned above
- But that doesn't mean the problem will be fixed first pass
- And the team has bankers hours which isn't helpful for organizations that run long hours for retail
- There are too many ways to skin the same cat
- This level of functionality makes training hard because of the different practices that can be taught to do the same thing

Blaze as Dispensary POS
Overall a great product. The Blaze team are great and eager to assist with any errors, issues, or bugs.
- Very user friendly and easy to navigate
- Most desired features available
- Lags when there is a high volume of SKUs entered into the system
- Leaves some things to be desired in the promotions, coupons, and loyalty sections

Blaze AutoPilot, def worth the upgrade
Blaze Autopilot still give us the ability to do things manually, and create in a hands on way, BUT it also really simplifies things. Its growing support for video is excellent.
- We recently upgraded to Blaze Autopilot, which is a big upgrade
- Its been great value
- it really makes keeping our social media content up to date easy, BUT doesn't take manual control away from you us either
- We get the both of all worlds
- Sometimes the UI can be clunky and inconsistent
- I would be happy to work with the team to refine this

Great content generation and scheduling tool
My experience has been very positive and if things haven't worked I have contacted customer service and they have dealt with the issues efficiently.
- The autopilot feature on Blaze has been fantastic and as the weeks go on the AI learns the changes I make and adapts
- Also the customer service from their support team is incredible
So far I haven't found many faults with Blaze besides the cost in Australian dollars but for what you get it's worth it

You can't beat Canva, rethink your positioning
I really want to be genuine, not trying to be mean. But i wouldn't rate it more than 2/10.
- It claims it is something that is not
- You are not better than Canva, they are a million years ahead
- Always facing issues with connection to social media
- Doesn't allow customization on a wide scale
- branding always needs manual work

Great! Useful how to videos, constant contact and communication and it’s a beautiful site, visually.

Awesome Service
Excellent customer service. Pictures and videos are high quality. Verbiage is spot on other than mobile detailing. We are brick and mortar only

Amazing at slashing the time I've had to commit to social media management.
Overall Blaze has been fantastic. I have a couple of slight niggles with the software, but overall it's slashed the time I have to commit to social media management. I'd say it's amazing at creating those consistent filler posts, with you then inputting manually those hero posts.
- Blaze has been great helping me create consistent posting materials for FB & IG
- It has worked amazingly at helping me cover my clients needs
- Blaze will occasionally duplicate media
- I've given it a pool of over 1000 images and in the first two weeks of using it, it's managed to use the same image on a post three times

Excellent and would definitely recommend
The experience has been very good so far as all the social media posts automatically get posted I wouldn’t have been able to it myself. As different content gets posted which looks professional
The automation is the best part as u don’t have to do anything and the posts are automatically posted on all social media platforms

- Only thing is that instagram posts keep failing to post due to some issue
- But I don’t think its blaze at fault

I may not be able to live without Blaze now that I have used it.
Overall I highly recommend Blaze for all social medica content. It has really been a timesaver for our small business.
Being that I am not a creative person, I am enjoying the opportunity to post relevant and fresh content on all my social media platforms
- I would say the least thing I like about Blaze is dialing in the narrative
- I am still tweaking the nuances of our brand voice
