- The customer support is great
- Never a long wait and always helps with any problems quickly and efficiently
- It's a very easy program to use
- Payment processing is quick
The inventory doesn't always seem to be on point, it seems to have too little in inventory sometimes

Everything has been so positive, if I have had an issue the support team has helped me through it. Especially TREVOR in the POS tech support. I give the POS System, the BottleZoo webstore and the tech support team 5 stars!!
- The POS System is so helpful with the ease of keeping up with inventory and the BottleZoo Website
- I do have to give Kudo's to the support tech dept - I had several questions today and TREVOR was awesome
- He listened intently to fully understand my questions and tackled each question with a very professional attitude
- He was awesome and able to explain everything so I fully understood the process
- Awesome POS System and BottleZoo website, I know my business will grow with these great products that they have that I making good use of

- No real issues, this is a great system
- It saves me so much time with inventory, ordering and keeping up with the webstore

Don't buy into this POS

- Access from outside the store was important to me
- This company doesn't just focus on Liquor, like they claim
- They have thrown together a software that is okay
- It basically has nearly zero useable reports, and the data it provides is useless
- They refuse to change anything at all on the system, so you are stuck with trying to get as much downloadable data and manipulating it yourself on an excel spreadsheet
- Their ranking system doesn't work and you can't pull daily sales totals without pulling individual days, which takes forever
- You can't download any category data that will tell you what hasn't sold in your store
- the dead stock is grouped for the store, so you can't just find out what wine isn't selling
- You can't filter out sizes when looking at most sales, so your 50ml sales hog most of your spreadsheet
- You can't tell how much you sell per hour, so staffing is a guess
- I could go on and on
- There is a little accessible data, but you have to export it to a spreadsheet and manipulate it to find any meaningful numbers
- What irritates me the most is that they refuse to make any changes
- It's obvious that whomever created this software hasn't run a liquor store
- Or run any business
- Stay away from BottlePOS

happy campers!! we live in a small town an have the only liquor store. yall have taught me so much. promotions an the loyalty program have been big hits in this small town.
when i have a problem i call yall an fix it , and being a new manager an new to the pos system, yall are greatly apperciated
- sometimes when being on hold,i get hung up on
- that kinda sucks, when i try to explain things sometimes the tech doesnt understand me

- I do appreciate that bottle POS has their own web app called bottle zoo but its not very flexible in the sense that you cannot add customized labels for the wines, you have stock photos for the wine which is great, but the only drawback with bottle zoo is how confusing it was to use it as an end user
- It was very choppy and needed more

Perfect POS for our business
[sensitive content hidden] was phenomenal. From initial setup to live operation, he handled everything. He continues to be a resource. Additionally, tech support is available 24/7.
- The ease of use for the cashiers and the administration functions
- The migration required a few tweaks
