Highly recommend
This program takes care of all my inventory managing needs and then some. (ie. Appraisals, wish lists, customer data, jobs, etc)
- The integration between Businessmind and Shopify
- It allows me to manage inventory all in one place
- All my pictures, descriptions, pricing (discounted pricing too) are managed through this program
- When they do major updates, sometimes it’s a learning curve
- But once they give you a brief tutorial, you see the improvements made and in turn you become more efficient at work

BusinessMind for Jeweler a good choice
Support is great and is one on one. Quick to answer questions and address issues.
- POS is easy to use
- Inventory management works well
- Great for multi-store locations as system is real time with no delays
- Slow to upgrade to cloud
- Upgrade changes in program created issues for some users
- No AR in the POS available

Needs new ownership
Have been using it for several years. Too disruptive to change, but deeply regret going with them to start.
- Has both retail and wholesale management tools
- The owner does not understand customer service
- They charge exorbitant amounts for custom programing of common items that should be user defined
- They nickel and dime at every juncture
- They do updates that remove features and then charge to put them back
- The service techs are good guys, but hamstrung by a greedy and unpleasant owner
