CadapultFM Review
Overall it has been great. Can not emphasize how good the ability to customize the system the way we want it and the support we get from [sensitive content hidden]. There are things that certainly that can be improved and things we would like to add in future.
- What I like most is the ability to customize the system to what we want and the support we receive

- She helps us translate what kind of ideas we would like to incorporate or change some existing functionality
- This provides the sort of flexibility we like as times are changing
- [sensitive content hidden] has been a great help overall with everything
- Our IT is a bit strict with how things are done, but once we get things in place on our end, any changes or updates are easy to implement
- What I like least are some things in the system feel weird to access/use and I think the UI is a bit dated
- To add more context, like I mentioned with hoteling tool in the previous section, it seems a bit roundabout to create new spaces
- There some other things that I can mention, but I'm sure we can iron those out in time
- Regarding the UI, while it does the job, I definitely would like to see it update in the future
- Hopefully dark mode is also integrated in the future as well
- Since our department utilizes Cadapult quite a bit, the white background can stress out the eyes and make it hard to look at for long

I found that the response of [sensitive content hidden] in particular was superior. She was always responsive to my inquiries. I thoroughly enjoyed her ability to uncover what ever it was that I managed to mess up.
- I found it interesting how 'Tailored' or customizable the application was for us
- [sensitive content hidden] was able to address particular requests for features adapted for our use
- (Like Mid Manager level approvals and Space back charging for the entire site vs single building)
- It wasn't directly Cadapult's fault, but we should have pursued with better results the ability to run the 'Cloud' version
- But due to the uncertainty of Security and IT concerns we were unable to get it there
- Updates were hard to push thru but this was mainly due to the restrictions to access on our side

it was more of a corporate driven situation. Other divisions were using L2L.
Why they chose it
"The flexibility was one consideration. At the time, we were leaning heavily on coordination with our ACAD drawings and seating charting. Most apps that we see out there don't really have the ability to do both."

Excellent product with excellent support
- It's a very good product to track our space and personnel needs
- It helps with vacancies, departmental allocations, asset tracking, and space planning
- The weakest part is the report writing capabilities
- There should be a stronger basic report generator without having to buy a separate module

CADapultFM is THE product
These guys are great. The response time is incredible, the explanations (even when you keep forgetting and have to ask again) thorough and patient. If you find this doesn't do something you think you need, they will show you how to get the data or figure out a custom report, etc. They are always to jump online with you and help you work through stuff you forget. Just a great product and an awesome support team!

Extremely useful tool for Space Management.
I am able to add/remove things necessary. I work with [sensitive content hidden] & have never enjoyed using an app that has to do with WORK, so much. I can keep track of multiple buildings with hundreds of floors & thousands of rooms while being able to trach the people. I can add notes furniture etc. I love it!

Overall experience has been great. The system does more than we actually need it to and with the recent upgrade of being able to depict shared spaces its worked out very well.

Catapult is easy to use & our Tech, is only a call away if assistance is needed.
- the ease of the features, I like that I can plan/schedule moves, place in a "hold" and it will not change my "master " seating chart
- I can have several proposed, maps without making changes to the original
- nothing, the more I use it the easier it becomes
