Growing Together: Our Journey with Campaign Nucleus
Our overall experience with Campaign Nucleus has been a journey of growth and partnership. While we faced some initial challenges with staff learning how to navigate tasks within the platform, it’s been incredible to see how far they’ve come. Over time, their responsiveness and willingness to address our needs have made a significant difference. Their commitment to evolving and improving has inspired our decision to stay with them as they continue to grow. We’re excited to be part of their journey and appreciate the progress we’ve seen in both their functionality and customer support.
- What I love most about Campaign Nucleus is the incredible customer support team and their quick response times
- Their eagerness to listen to feedback and incorporate suggestions has been such a positive experience
- Watching the platform evolve over the past year and a half, with so many new features and functionalities being built out, has been exciting and truly impressive

- What I least like about Campaign Nucleus is that it’s missing a more robust donor & volunteer engagement platforms within its CRM
- While the platform does so much right, it would be amazing to see features like detailed donor/volunteer workflows, and tools to better track and manage donor/volunteer relationships
- Adding functionality like streamlined workflows for donor/volunteer communications, and better insights into donor lifecycle stages would make such a difference
- Integrating these with the existing CRM would really help campaigns like ours focus on building stronger connections with donors while saving time and effort
- I would also love the ability to combine all of our efforts into one seamless platform, including managing our website, and I would be so grateful for any steps toward making that integration possible

A Must Have Tool
I'm so grateful for the hands on and responsive help the Nucleus team has provided to answer any questions we've had or trouble shoot issues we've run into. Their customer service is top notch, and I'm grateful to have found a tool that solves so many of our needs.
- I really appreciate that Nucleus combines multiple tools into one platform allowing everything to sync with each other and talk to each other
- The shared data and time saved from logging in and out and transferring data is great
I'm excited to see the new features being built out as our teams have requested them

- It handles landing pages, surveys, CRM, email—all in one platform
- Super easy to use, and I love not having to bounce between tools
- Perfect for keeping everything organized and efficient
- Highly recommend
- Learning to use a new platform always takes time - and it's the hardest part
- But the learning curve isn't too steep which is great
