Easy to implement chatbot
Overall this really makes it easy for prospective association members to stay in touch with us on their and our favourite channels.
- The product was very easy to implement in our Wix-based website solution, with no coding necessary at all
- It works very well right out the box and doesn't impact our website loading speed in any way
- Every site visit counts towards the free tier 500 limit, with no option in the free tier to limit the geographic reach - meaning our chatbot is even loaded outside our city, which we don't really need
- We're probably going to end up going with with the Basic tier just for that

I have been using Chaty for about 2 years now. I was introduced to it at a WordPress Meetup Plugin potluck. I have recommended it to several clients that I have developed websites for.

A great plugin to add functionality to e-commerce site
Its a fun plugin to work with, responsive and quick support. Easy to use and guidance from the support crew.
- Easy to install and set up
- I love the fact that every area is fully customizeable
- Quick test to ensure forms & emails are all recorded on the dashboard
- You can have different 'Chaty Channels' running on different product & category pages
- on original installation i received an error whilst testing
- I reported the error and received a bug fix with hours

Great product that nobody really know about
Good product experience and friendly but non-existent technical support. Maybe let OpenAi answer your technical questions

Cannot add to subdomains and customer support didn’t really understand my question Therefore never really got the answer

Overall very good experience. It does what it should do. Also the support team was very fast and helpful.

- This line requires longer text than I can give, so let's say that this is also a bit of inconvenience

When initially setting up, the tech support answered all my questions very fast.
Chatway was Easy to setup, ability to set hours available vs not and the notifications are all great
