"Good software"
I would suggest it to any person who sells software or anything that that can be demonstrated by a screen recording
- I find it very useful to answer questions about ResDiary, a prospect will email me or text me a question and I will reply with a short explainer video

- g “how can I handle deposits via ResDiary” 2)I find it useful because it helps me to give shorter demos, I typically send a prospect 2 videos before I do a resdiary demo, “one called 6 different ways to take an online reservation” and one called “ResDiary pricing explainer video”- if the prospect watches the videos before the demo it speeds things up 3)I use it to record videos showing prospects how to fill in the steps to sign up
- 4) I have had a handful of prospects who signed up without doing a demo based on the strength of the demo videos I have done
it can be buggy sometimes, it sometimes takes more than 1 attempt to record a video and this slows things down

Consensus for Meeting Prep & Follow Ups
It's been a huge help in the overall sales cycle. It helps my clients be better equipped to have meaningful conversations. I am able to send information that might not have been addressed or perhaps missed due to time constraints on calls. It also allows for easy sharing and can access stakeholders that are crucial for the sales process.
- It saves a lot of time and helps quicken the sales process
- I will use it to send overviews to prospects for meeting prep as well as follow up material
- The demo board feature can be a hassle, but it's needed to be able to track video analytics
- Rather than a simple copy and paste or sending to multiple people from different organizations at once, you have to create a unique demo board for every video you send

AMAZING Demo platform
Overall, I use Consensus on a daily basis because it's a great tool to get information to my customers without spendind too much time on a full demo
- I love that Consensus makes it easy to send demo videos to prospects and customers
- It allows me to get my message across without too much leg work
- There aren't too many cons when it comes to Consensus
- Sometimes the GMAIL integration doesn't work perfectly, but it's a small price to pay for the other benefits the platform offers

Several Use Cases to effectively communicate with clients within pre-sales
Very positive - an integral part of our sales engineering function. The Account Managers are also very friendly and helpful. It is an easy to use platform and it allows us to share material easily and gage interest in quickly in what would other be a very manual and lengthy process.
- Consensus really helps our pre-sales/sales engineering team share effortlessly with the wider (and large) sales organisation
- We tend to use Consensus in three different ways: (1) pre-demo 'Netflix Trailer' so that everyone is coming to the meeting informed on what they will see (2) up-selling modules/solutions that may be of interest to clients but are at exploratory stage (saving internal time and resource) and (3) post-demo follow ups
- It is slick and saves a lot of time as well as an effective knowledge sharing tool
- Very popular with the sales organisation as they do not have to rely on pre-sales all of the time
- No dislikes - easy to use
- Perhaps it could be easier to add in marketing visuals at the beginning of demonstrations, but this may be a lack of knowledge internally

Consensus is absolutely essential to my deals!
I've had an excellent overall experience with Consensus; it is a effective way to share recorded video content with prospects and clients.
- I love the ability to send overview and feature specific product videos to clients
- As well, I love that Consensus captures recipient view analytics which is insightful and informative
- Building custom demo boards is tedious and time-consuming
- Deeper integration with Salesforce would be helpful

Definitely a Solution for Time Efficiency and Urgent Demoing Action
4/5 Key selling points are (1) time savings, (2) increase in urgency as have the ability to avoid scheduling conflicts to provide demoboards and (3) ability to update on the go
Pre-recorded demonstrations and the ability to track what users have or have not seen as well as notifications when they access the demoboards
It would be good to have the ability to take our software that records our calls (GONG) and auto inserts it into the demo receipt list for efficiency

Tremendous tool that is essential to our business.
Overall, it has been a tremendous experience using Consensus. It has improved the speed of the sales process and given the buyers the information they want quickly. We have received tons of positive feedback from our customers on how those videos have helped them also.
- Consensus has helped us make it easier for our customers to research and buy our product
- It also has helped us find additional stakeholders that may not have the time for live online demos
- The end goal is we want the purchase process to be easy and fun and Consensus really helps us with that
- I honestly cant think of anything I do not like about Consensus
- In the rare instance we do have issues our CSM and AE have been very quick to respond

Consensus has made it much easier for me to avoid searching through various internal sites for different demos. It’s saving me a significant amount of time.
- After hour long strategy sessions with my customers, I typically (at least hopefully) have many opportunities to follow up on
- This often means I need to send a significant amount of information and demos
- Consensus has made this process much simpler for me by allowing me to provide my customers with a single link where they can review everything we discussed during our calls
- I also appreciate being able to track exactly what my customers watch and how much of it they view
- After creating a demo, I noticed the button link looks a bit blocky
- I realize this is a small detail, but I personally prefer smoother, rounded corners
- There are still great options for the links, and I believe this may be specific to my company’s setup
- I don’t remember this being an issue at my last company, where we also used Consensus

I have loved it, it took me 10 minutes to learn how to use it, and it has helped me generate a bunch of opps by sending over product intro videos.
As an AE, consensus helps with deal acceleration by allowing me to send over simple, short demos to customers with simple questions or simple product needs
this is extremely user friendly as an AE and i cannot really think of anything that would make the current interface better
