- Customizations came naturally as you work through the process of uploading and completing contract records in the system
- While the reports can be customized, a richer dashboard would be nice to see
- Charts and tables with counts of upcoming contract renewals is one example of how this view would be beneficial
- A table showing contracts that are completely filled out would also be nice to see

Streamlined Contract Organization That Delivers as Promised
My experience with ContractSafe has been very positive. I’ve had productive meetings with my account representative, uploaded and organized my contracts, and am now finishing the setup process. So far, the platform has delivered exactly what was advertised - which is not always the case with new software—and it’s been straightforward to use throughout the implementation.
- I really like the date tracking and reporting features, as well as how clearly organized and customizable the system is
- The new AI functionality is amazing and already very useful - I’m excited to see how it continues to develop
- The customer support team is also excellent, and the overall value for money is great
- At times, the system can be a bit slow to load, especially when working with larger files or multiple searches
- It’s also difficult to directly compare contracts within the platform, which can make side-by-side reviews or version checks more time-consuming

First company-wide contract management system
It was very easy to set up and roll out to all our different departments. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible.
- The service is very user friendly
- Not complicated at all
- I really like how easy it is to search documents, and the linking and reminder features are very helpful in keeping things organized
- The A-1 assistant could use some tweaking, not always accurate
- The system is missing the ability to delete contracts while within the contract details page

My favorite vendor and I am not computer savvy
ContractSafe is my favorite vendor, starting with Nate our sales representative and with [sensitive content hidden] our account rep. They made a stressful task for me bearable and quite honestly, fun. You should use them as your vendor- you will be glad you did .
The most attractive features of Contract Safe are the people who work there and the program- it is easy to implement, use and understand
- The least favorite feature is that you need frontload all of the agreements and tag them but that is with every comparable software program
- The best part is that ContractSafe helps with it

A Game Changer to Contract Management
Very positive, the system itself is very easy to navigate and flexible and the level of support from the team and the success manager is first class
We are only a few weeks into using the system fully and the benefits are already being noticed - we have moved away from clunky excel spreadsheets to keep track of all our contracts, document signing as also streamlined our processes
So far, there has been nothing, the system is highly flexible and with the support of our success manager any queries we have had have been resolved with options that best suits our business

ContractSafe as the best contract SaaS for me
My initial sales contract was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my many questions and provided me with the needed technical supporting documentation. After joining ContractSafe, my next contact was a Customer Success Manager and she has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the system. There is always help around the corner when it is needed, which is not needed that much because this system if fairly straight forward and easy to use.
- There are several factors why ContractSafe was chosen over all of the other contract systems
- Ease of use was the primary reason (as well as easy to install), while the other factor was the lower cost of use
- Also, both of my contacts at ContractSafe have been very helpful
- There have not been any negatives in using ContractSafe
- On rare occasions, the system will freeze up while I am updating an agreement, but I can simply unfreeze it by clicking on the refresh icon

Great uncomplicated contract tool!
Extremely useful for companies that don't need a tool that creates agreements that speak to several other systems. It's a wonderful repository tool with lots customization benefits
- It's extremely user friendly and easy to navigate
- Creating custom forms is simple and straight forward, no unnecessary layers of compexity
It's a small complaint but I would like the functionality surrounding connecting amendments to the master agreement to be more of a "parent/child" connection

Great Job Contract Safe Team
My overall experience with this product has been exemplary. When there are any issues reported such as password or even outages the customer support team there works hard to ensure that my needs are met.
- My favorite feature in contract safe is the ability to bring up all documents through the filters when creating lists for organizational use
- I believe that the user interface is another part of its best features
- Another feature I find very useful is how easy it is to share documents with my counterparts in my agency
- I have not found anything that there is to not like about this product
- If I have to give a least liking to any product is that I wish there was more human interaction
- But as this product is on line I think I feel comfortable just letting you know I enjoy this product

Great customer service and product!
We have had a good experience using the product, and with the customer service. Our rep is always available to answer any question, no matter how minute.
- We love the visibility of all contracts being in one location
- The tags are a great tool, so we do not have to duplicate contracts, and can still know which property the contract is referencing
- We have over 1800 contracts, so the initial setup is a bit tedious
- AI helps, but could use a little more updating to help pull information

Great Product - Upgrade Recommended
We are very happy that we subscribed to ContractSafe. It made the tracking of our contracts much less of a chore. Customer support is responsive and helpful.
ContractSafe made it very easy to track our contracts which was critical to our recent fund raising diligence
Have to upgrade to integrate DocuSign and custom fields which is very important to track important info
