Cuseum makes everything simple!
I've used Cuseum at two different organizations and have been incredibly satisfied in both instances. At the first organization, we adopted Cuseum during the beginning of the pandemic. It saved us when we could not go into the office to print membership cards, but new members needed their cards to access our outdoor spaces. In my current position, Cuseum was already in place when I started my new role. It was nice to jump back into a platform that I was familiar with. Our members love that they have their membership number and information in their wallets and it is easy for them to download. Many appreciate that it is not an additional app that needs to be downloaded to their phone. The Cuseum team's customer service is also a huge benefit to the software. Folks are always available to help. My requests are answered instantly or less than 24 hours and my issue or question is always seen through to its resolution. The Cuseum team is continuously making improvements and updates that echo the requests of the customers. Overall, I would recommend Cuseum to any sized organization. It simplifies your membership card processes and allows your members quick and easy access to their membership cards!
- The fetching, generation and distribution process is very simple to use
- I was helpful that edits to members' names or ID number could be changed without having to upload a new list
- Resending digital cards with the click of a button or sharing a direct link helped us quickly respond to member requests for a new digital card
- I didn't like that renewing members do not receive a notification that their card was updated
- Many members like the confirmation/acknowledgement that their renewal has gone through (in addition to the confirmation received when they made the purchase)

Saving sea turtles, one plastic card at a time!
Overall, my experience has been very positive! the prep work and 'onboarding' were pretty painless, and we have had less "pushback" from our older members than I had feared.
- I love moving to digital membership cards for a few reasons: First is to no longer be printing/mailing plastic cards (>3,000/year) that will end up in a landfill or in our Coastal waterways
- Second is I am saving TONS of time by not following a multi-step process to run, print, and mail plastic cards 2 - 3 times per week
I do wish more things were under my "control", but support has been very good to listen and to make our requests work within their system

- As a front of house manager, I love the ease of admin use and the quick follow through to our guests
- I push of a button all is done
- It has had some growing pains, but as the group has grown so has the usability

10/10 Recommend Cuseum
Excellent. We evaluated 3 different options and I'm so glad we chose Cuseum. They have been an excellent partner and it's a great digital card solution for associations.
- Ease of use (for both our team & customers)
- Quick to implement, easy to deploy and update cards and send push notifications
- Provided a sophisticated digital member card solution at a fair price
- The customer service team is second to none, very caring, values you as a customer and goes above and beyond to support
- Excellent experience
- There was nothing we did not like
- We had some hiccups connecting Cuseum to our CRM via Zapier however this was due to our inexperience with Zapier
- The team at Cuseum was helpful and supportive and we got it working
- The solution to manually deploy cards worked very well as an alternative

Cuseum is Wonderful!
I have been happy with Cuseum, except with the setbacks that can arise with uploads at times. It has been so much easier than printing and mailing plastic cards to members. Also, much cheaper compared to costs arising with cards and stamps.
- I like the ease of sending out member cards compared to how we were doing it mainly in the past
- Plastic cards can be time consuming to print and mail
- There have been some difficulties with uploads not being sent out right away
- This has been sporadic

Cuseum powers the Emerald Necklace Mobile Tour Guide
We use Cuseum to power our "Mobile Tour Guide," a wayfinding app providing self-guided tours throughout our 1,100-acre park system. From individual park tours to outdoor art installations to finding the best spots for fall foliage in the parks, the Mobile Tour Guide has been very useful!
Cuseum provides an easy-to-navigate interface for users to explore, and the back-end is incredibly intuitive and modular - for as long as we have been customers, I still think we're just scratching the surface of its potential
We've been having a harder time getting access to analytics to see how the usage of our Cuseum app is going, and it wouldbe great if there were a simpler way to view that information

digital cards for museum membership
Definitely worth it. About 80% of our members immediately downloaded the card which makes checkin a breeze for us and them.
- Liked that we could customize it with our logo and colors as well as differentiate between benefit levels
- Love that we can put info "on the back" of the card with open hours, upcoming events, and website links
- Fetching new info can take a long time
- And recently, we have to fetch by category instead of just any account that has new info
Why they chose it
"To allow our members to more easily access their ASTC and ACM reciprocal benefits."

Digital Cards for Alumni Membership
When looking into possible ways to NOT print and mail out physical cards, I stumbled upon Cuseum. It was and still is an affordable way to generate cards for a mobile device. It is not an app and does not have such flexibility and function, but also does not have the pricetag of a custom app!
- Digital cards are an affordable way to distribute and manage a mobile membership identity and link to the organization
- I like that we can customize the card to our marketing and logo standards, and that we can have different cards for various levels of membership
- I would like to have more options in the "details" section or "back of the card"
- Would love to be able to add graphics or logos
- Would love to schedule or pre-load updates to the back of the card
- Would like to be able to use the dashboard to customize the look, or add another type of card

Quick and easy Access to Digital Membership Cards
Since we have been using the digital membership cards, we have less stress about getting the membership cards to our members in a quick and timely manner. We are also saving money by not having to pay for the cards and printing products.
The fact that members have such quick access to their digital membership card is amazing
The fact that we are not able to edit the member’s information right from the Cuseum Platform is a bit frustrating

Good, could be great
Verified reviewer
- Really clean looking digital cards for a smartphone wallet, and love the option to include text on the back of the card
- Also great to be able to include reciprocal logos on the front of the card
- Wish Cuseum would expand into a larger membership software
- We switched to another product that, along with having digital membership cards, included a membership database and third-party integrations such as Eventbrite, Mailchimp and Stripe
- If Cuseum offered a database, it would be a game-changer
