Amazing RCM tool to speed up collections of balances owed
Excellent experience. The team is responsive, and the software just works!
- ease of use, and exceptional response from our clients to SMS/emails for payments
- Payments are coming in much faster after we started using Dash Billing
no real complaints, would be nice to have a few more reports available- which they are working on adding

- Dash Billing is very easy to use
- The layout is clean, and it’s super simple to figure out where everything is
- It’s saved us a lot of time by automating tasks we used to do manually
- Their support team is also very responsive and helpful, especially when we have questions or run into issues uploading our files
We wish there will be few more options when it comes to customizing reports or tweaking settings for specific clients
Switched From
Paydit can feel clunky or outdated compared to Dash Billing’s cleaner, more user-friendly layout. It takes a little more time to get used to.

Good Value, Improved Patient Collections
Overall, Dash has been very easy to work with. The people at Dash are very helpful and responsive, and we achieved our goal of improving patient collections by implementing Dash.
- The onboarding process for Dash was very easy
- The dashboard is easy to use, and our patient collection rate improved significantly after we implemented Dash
- So far, there have been no cons about Dash
- It would be most helpful to have Dash be able to integrate with different practice management systems to eliminate the manual steps needed to upload balances to Dash and post payments back to the practice management system

Simplicity at its finest....
I literally use Dash daily. I love that it is an easy system to teach to our patients.
- I love the simplicity
- The only issue I have run into is transferring files from one billing platform into the Dash account
- However, it is usually a quick fix with the amazing tech team

Dash Billing - Debt Collection
Great team to work with. They listen to what you need and work to get it in place.
- The ability to send texts and e-mails and the web portal payment function
- Would be nice to be able to make notes and place due dates on those notes so you can follow up
- With this feature all of the collections functions would be captured in this one wonderful program

"DAKCS was more than we needed and it was reflected in the price.We did not have internal resources at the time to build a collections system for us. We also, would not have gotten the texting and e-mailing communication features like DASH Billing has."

Twice per month invoice billing however that was changed to once in January so no issues there
