daycenta is def worth a shot!

my overall experience with this software is positive. i was able to start using it without mph instruction as it is pretty self explanatory. i did not like that they misrepresented the changes that would result from a mandatory software update.

What they liked
  • helpful and prompt customer service
  • any email to the support team is respon9nded to in a timely manner and they will keep providing support until the customer is satisfied with the result
Room for improvement
  • the user generated report options are not very helpful as they are labeled
  • the name of the report does not make it clear what all information will be included and if that information is relevant to your search

Not really a 5 star system

Overall experience has been negative. Everything we ask for or need is given resistance, even though we were promised in our contract.

What they liked
  • It has numerous features that are more user friendly
  • We like the scheduling, geo location, signature requirements, compliance reminders and requirements

  • We have yet to speak with our "Care representative" as we were advised we would have one in our contract

  • Trying to run reports to export to excel for use in another financial management system is not possible
  • They only generate PDF reports

  • We were informed that due to their open API system they would have no problem integrating with systems like Netsuite so that we could utilize a more financially based tool to build business
  • Unfortunately when I request this I am informed they are not sure they can do this

  • Same with billing, due to our volume and due to the amount of hoops we have to jump through we use an outside billing company, but Carecenta is reluctant to work with them

  • Sales will promise you everything but their follow through is very very low
  • So far I am disappointed in their system/service

eRsp couldn't handle the volume of work we were implementing in it. It would often lose entries.

Why they chose it

"They seemed to be open to working with our needs, advising us that we could do everything we needed, integrating with other systems, integrating with Medicaid, making changes to the system to suite our needs. Unfortunately it appears we were mislead."
