Great software package, HIGHLY recommended!
I am truly happy that I chose to use this software package for our property management. I have been impressed with this product from the beginning and I am still HIGHLY please with it after using it for over a year.
I truly like the fact that it is easy to use and the tech support that the company provides to it's users

Doorloop is the my top choice.
I have tried several property management softwares, and I have found Doorloop to be the most intuitive and easiest to use. Their customer service and training are patient and top notch, and they are not stagnant they are focused on using AI to advance the software for their customers. I self-manage 75+ units and it would be chaos without doorloop.
- Interface is user friendly and intuitive, I have a lot of lower income tenants, and they use it and understand it
- Also, I love the text notifications, especially when there is a freeze or emergency announcement, I can contact all my tenants very quickly
- Also, the app stays logged in, so I can input rent collection as I receive it in any form
None, their might have been a few early on, but they are great at evolving with enough feedback from users, their customer service is very responsive which helps with learning curves and issues if there are any

Happy Customer! DoorLoop is GREAT!
EXCELLENT experience. Seriously, I have nothing negative to say about DoorLoop. We just went active October 1, but so far there have been no issues.
- Customer Support, Ease of Use, Payment processing, Rent Collection
- Doorloop sets up various zoom meetings prior to going live where they walk you through the software
- If you have any questions, you shoot them an email or ask their AI assistant Gary, who has also been a great help if you need to learn how to access or do something
- They are ready available any time you need them
- Best service ever
- When entering a bill it would be easier if the tab button was active to be able to go to the next box verses using the mouse

Because Appfolio's customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Especially, for the price. We had been with them since 2016. They lost a good customer because of the lack of service when needed.

Sharing my FAVORITE part of DoorLoop...
As a new property manager since November 2024 managing 35 single-family homes, I’ve found DoorLoop to be user-friendly and sufficient for a newbie.

- What I like least about DoorLoop is that their chat support isn’t available in the evenings

Would choose them again
Im glad I went with DoorLoop. They've been great. The people have been helpful and the transition was pretty easy.

- issues can take a bit longer to fix as this company is not open past 5 est and on the weekends

Expensive and Lacking Support
The software itself is not updated regularly, which means you'll be working with outdated technology. This is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price. Unless Doorloop significantly improves their customer support and software updates, I strongly advise against using their service.

Do not recomend
Terrible. Their customer services, barely knows how to help you. The onboarding team, was non existent, there are constant flaws with their system.
- Honestly, the only decent item is balance sheets per property
- Other than that its not a good system
It boasts property management, but their accounting aspect is terrible and they constantly have "glitches"

Nickle & Dime galore - not worth the money
I strongly advise against using DoorLoop for your property management needs. Initially, the salesperson convinced me to pay for a full year in advance, as I often do with services. However, the experience quickly deteriorated. The trainers, working from home, frequently had poor internet connectivity, wasting half of the training sessions (one hour) on fixing their internet issues. The onboarding process was so cumbersome that I had to complete it myself after multiple failed attempts. Additionally, I was not informed about the extra fee for a merchant account needed for rent collection, which was a primary reason for choosing the software. After realizing the high cost, I discovered several other services offering more features at much lower prices. When I decided to cancel within 60 days of starting, I was denied a refund. Despite paying for a full year, I only used the service for less than 60 days, leaving me feeling unfairly treated. Based on my experience, I recommend seeking alternative property management solutions that provide better value and customer support.

Streamlined yet robust program
