About Dserve
Dserve is a point of sale (POS) solution that helps restaurants streamline processes related to upselling, contactless ordering, customer feedback management, and more from within a unified platform. It allows staff members to build a self-check-out menu with dish categories, names, pricing, and descriptions.
Dserve enables customers to select multiple items, choose to take away or dine-in, apply promo codes, add special comments, and confirm orders. It allows staff members to automatically process cashless payments via credit cards or bank transfers. It lets team members create and display digital menus across multiple TV screens. Additionally, employees can manage discounts, capture customer feedback, and generate sales reports.
Dserve provides an iOS mobile application, which lets businesses set up iPad kiosks to manage contactless ordering operations. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email, phone, live chat, and other online measures.
