About Dynatrace

Dynatrace is an AIOps solution designed to help businesses automate multi-cloud processes and streamline collaboration across multiple teams through purpose-built use cases. Its filtering capabilities enable supervisors to search for specific entities according to requirements. The system offers built-in support for several technologies such as OneAgent, ActiveMQ, Amazon Connect, Android Webkit, Ansible Tower, Azure Application Gateway and more. Dynatrace allows administrators to configure access permissions for staff members and track processes across web and mobile application tiers. Additionally, it helps businesses drill down into analyzed components and gain visibility into dependency details, user experience insights and performance metrics. Dynatrace provides open API, which helps businesses integrate the platform with various third-party systems such as Slack, ServiceNow, GitHub and Google Analytics, among others. The product is available on annual subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, documentation, forums, phone, email and other online measures.

Best monitoring and dashboard board

Overall Dynatrace is very easy to use and very helpful in our daily tasks. It helped us a lot.

Dynatrace, good for large organistions

Great when working with larger organisations as all features can be utilised. However not possible with smaller operations which isnt cost effective.

  • Customer service are incredibly well imformed and enthusuastic about helping out with issues

  • Unfortunately can be a bit laggy, encountered bug often

dynatrace is like some kind of magic.

if you need to find problems super fast and have lots of money, this is the best. but you really need the money.

  • i just put one agent and it finds everything

  • i dont have to configure nothing
  • the ai part, davis, it just tells me "hey this is broken" before users even call me
  • its crazy smart
  • saves my life

Very Good tool to evalute End-user experience in your own App

The software is easy to implement and use, with very good features related to evaluate performance in different aspects or components. It is easy to see root causes in problems. You can be sure of End-User experience with the Application you are monitoring with it.

Solid Tool but not appropriate for small teams

Overall it's a decent observability tool that helps us catch performance issues before they became problems. It does what it says, but you have to invest time upfront to really get the most out of it. Support was ok, not great.

  • The dashboards are really easy to customize and give a good overview of our system's health
  • The AI-driven alerts saved us a lot of time when it came to root cause analysis
  • It integrates well with our cloud env too

  • Licensing is get confusing and feels expensive for small teams
  • Some of the UI sections lag a bit, and the learning curve for advanced features is steeper than expected
  • The documentation could be clearer in places
