- ince we joined Easol in 2022, they've been fantastic for our brand
- Their websites are dynamic, and their ticketing platform handles high traffic seamlessly during onsales
- The team is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues
- A special shout-out to Dalmita, who consistently pulls off the impossible, delivering large projects on tight deadlines
- Their reporting is second to none and enables us to own all of our data that is often withheld on other ticketing platforms
- Easol is the way forward for any promoter
Work needs to be done around payment plan reporting, guestlist management and chargeback defences, but other than this, its a fantastic platform
