About eBridge

eBridge is a cloud-based document management solution that enables small to large businesses to manage view, modify and delete documents. The platform includes audit trail functionality, which allows organizations to track document changes and access reports via a unified portal. eBridge allows users to view documents using the integrated document viewer and highlight, annotate, underline or white-out text using the annotation tools. Additionally, administrators can securely upload documents in cloud storage and handle role-based permissions to let team members view or edit information.

Not sure what this means

I would definitely recommend the software.

What they liked
  • Allows you to OCR images and the searching tool makes finding things easy
  • It also keeps things organized and eliminates filing cabinets
Room for improvement
  • The only con that we have experienced is after using the software for a long period of time it sometimes doesn't download the page we are trying to view completely
  • We then have to exit the internet browser and log back into the software and retrieve the document again
  • This doesn't happen very often but when it does it is an annoying inconvenience

eBridge meets all of our imaging needs!

Cooper Financial Services would highly recommend eBridge Solutions. It is user friendly, fast, efficient...not too mention GREEN! Five Stars!

  • We love that we can upload through multiple scanners in our office and then access our account even when we are out of the office
  • Looking forward to the training coming up to help us all brush up on eBridge

Great Product

Have used some other scanning software but none have compared to Ebridge and it is very user friendly!

Rotate pages, Highlight, pencil to mark items, the opition to type on page before printing etc
