eCaring is the best platform!

Our experience with eCaring
Homemaker Services Inc (HSI) has been utilizing the eCaring platform since January 2024. The latest version of eCaring has implemented improved functionality and processes that support scheduling, billing, payroll, and tracking. Its operational efficiency provides our Coordinators, Nurses, Aides, and Office Administrators with tools that significantly make it easier for them to perform their administrative tasks. The tasks utilized by HSI include seamless Scheduling, Billing, Payroll integration, Client/Employee Tracking, as well as Data Analytics and Reporting. We are impressed at the ease with which our field staff have picked up the mobile application after only a short learning curve. With the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mandate looming, we are confident that our employees will adapt with ease to the visit verification process through eCaring. Additionally, the Customer Service at eCaring has been unparallel. The support team has shown absolute professionalism and have been a pleasure to work with. No matter what problems we encounter, the support team has been there to assist us in resolving our issues. HSI feels as though our needs, concerns and suggestions are truly heard and addressed.

Nice Team, Great Product
We have been using HCIT for years and it is a top notch product. Overall we like the ease of the product and the customer service. My reps and his team are available whenever we need them and we never have to wait for our questions to be answered. If we put a request in for an improvement to the system we are heard and we know that the request will happen whether it's immediate or in the near future. I would recommend HCIT to any Home Health Care agency. My reps and his team also keep up to date with state requirements and adjust their software to meet the changing needs/requirements that are set for Home Care Agencies.
- HCIT is user friendly
- Most of our employees learned how to use HCIT in one day
- Challenging to use HCIT on your phone--screen isn't easy to use b/c it doesn't fit and you need to scroll too much
- When we change rates for employees or clients it changes the history so we can't rely on past data
- We would prefer it to only affect new and go forward
- If we run a report for the past it will populate with current rates
- When we look at history of past aides on client for the purpose of restaffing we would prefer to only see current aides and not former or inactive as it shows too much data and can be confusing

- While other systems limit the user experience, eCaring has thought of everything
- From the drag and drop scheduling capabilities to the shift splitting with a click of a button, all aspects of the coordinator's role and function are efficient and done with ease
- eCaring is much flashier than other systems I've used in the past, many of which are outdated
- All customer service team members I've worked with are professional and responsive
- The eCaring team takes pride in their product and it shows in the way they work with their customers and provide thorough support
- I am so glad to have found this product and will use it for many years to come
- They really seem to have thought of everything
- The only negative comment I have is that I'm disappointed I didn't find eCaring sooner

- At HouseWorks, we find HCIT's ease of use most appealing
- Scheduling is made simple and our caregivers can easily use the HCIT EVV functionality, which makes our new hire onboarding that more streamlined and caregiver centric
- We appreciate the texting capabilities and how you can customize system user permissions as well
- As with any system there are going to be a few features that need to be tuned over time
- We enjoy the complexity of the custom report builder, but would love an Excel export feature
- Whenever we come across issues, the HCIT Help Desk is very responsive and solutions-oriented

Home Care IT is an incredible software that gives you the tools you need to succeed in the Home Care Industry. The team works hard to customize our needs as times change.
- I like everything about this software
- Specifically, I enjoy the customization and ease of reporting
- I am able to pull the data I need with no trouble at all
- The fact that this is excel friendly is a plus
- I also like the importing for payroll and billing
- I don't have anything that I don't like about this software
- The only thing I suggest is having an app for phones and location services for tracking

I have a very postie overall experience. Since we adopt this system, we have not had any significant issues. The system is reliable and user-friendly.

Home Care IT allows our schedulers to be more efficient in filling new cases than competitors using other products. Thanks to working closely with users, Home Care IT ensures that our billing and payroll functions are fully coordinated with our scheduling, allowing prompt and accurate billing and payroll.
- Customer service is extremely responsive, having added on many helpful new features over the years
- Our schedulers find it significantly more easy to use than other scheduling software
- Also, very reasonably priced
Nothing comes to mind, it is superior to other products we have looked at and used
