Useless Product
We moved away from this company within one month of use. And I am glad I did. Even at the cost of some payments we had made for integrations, refund for which is still pending since we never even started the integrations.
- There is nothing good about the software because the management is a lazy bunch
- They are still living in 2000s and don't think customer concerns are real
- They are a clear case if over promising and under delivering
- It has major issues
- Tax calculation was wrong at the time I used it
- Printer wasnt supported
- The service is poor
- And while the product seems attractive at first it's only when you start using it you realise the issues

Slow service, Software developer was not in condition to provide us the service on time and no upgradation of system and in some area of property it was not able to connect properly

Optimus Feedback
User friendly & easy to use plus easily accessible from anywhere. It gives me additional options to submit the reports from anywhere from the world as long as i am connected to the internet.
The optimus is very user friendly UX & UI, Accessible from anywhere and fast to settle or view the reports remotely
There is nothing that i dislike about the ezee optimus as it has been providing all the necessary tools for operate
