Very happy in Nova Scotia
Awesome. From beginning to end they have supported our end goals and the implementation of their software. They helped us with all sorts of issues and e use their solution for communication, events booking and calendar, room booking and scheduling, two kinds of memberships and numerous products. Couldn't be happier with the product but their service our our rep, were the best part. Lots of support which is so appreciated in a largely volunteer environment.
- Findjoo solved all of our issues, it provides our community centre with a robust events calendar, a booking calendar, a database and exemplary way of capturing data, allows for online payment and communications and simply made our largely volunteer organization much more efficient and professional

A Top-Tier Management Solution with Excellent Customer Support
We are a fairly young nonprofit organization run 100% by volunteers. We were in desperate need of a database and membership management tool that would be easy for our team to learn without prior experience, and offer the flexibility for customization to our unique needs. We also needed a solution we could afford, and one that could grow with us. We spent many months searching for, and interviewing the most likely options on the market. Findjoo rose to the top of the stack in every category. Now that we have been a customer for almost a year, I can say with complete confidence that Findjoo is a company worth working with. The customer support and service has made all the difference for us, providing our team of inexperienced volunteers the extra training and coaching needed to successfully implement and operate our database and manage our members. Findjoo is flexible and versatile, and has been the perfect choice for our organization.

Did not offer all the features needed
Findjoo was great for housing client information and ease of access to basic information like phone numbers and emails and easy email marketing. However, the system was not customizable enough and did not offer us the client, membership and payment management that is needed on an every day basis.
- We loved the email marketing
- Creating emails was very quick and easy with the drag and drop features and making templates made the process even quicker
- We had a difficult time with scheduling and client management
- The schedule was not adaptable to our unique business and did not offer membership and payment management that linked to the schedule

"I am not sure. But we have since moved over to WellnessLiving and no longer use Findjoo."

Excellent CRM. Even better support.
The software is easy to use once you've got the basics down, and I can't speak highly enough about the customer service we have received. While Findjoo doesn't compare to some other large and much more expensive platforms, I believe it provides the greatest "bang for the buck" you'll ever find. The software did not appear to fit our every need in the beginning, and we didn't even realize some of the features we needed until after the transition from our old platform had begun. At every turn, Findjoo was right there to correct and customize the software so it did what we needed. If you're unsure whether or not this platform is for you, I highly encourage you to setup a trial with them. And from my experience, I'd recommend simulating some of the real-world activities you plan to do, and ask for help doing so. Let these guys show you what can be achieved. We had no idea what the software was fully capable of until we started really using it, and I'm sure we haven't found all the possibilities yet! Bottom line: Affordable, surprisingly customizable, and amazing support. Highly recommended.

Could be more linkable interaction between sales transactions and member profiles, and perhaps some work on the reporting side, but since just about every request or suggestion we've submitted has been solved one way or another, this is a very minor point

Old system was extremely difficult to use and required unnecessary extra steps to do simple tasks. Support was not available when we needed them.

We were able to implement a new membership level based on whether a member had previously been a student affiliate that we would have had to track manually had [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] not been able to build it for us.

- Our association has lots of unique features and membership levels and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was able to help us set everything up so the correct data was captured
- It would be nice to have a few more default templates
- We had to spend some time figuring out what information is necessary for tax receipts and stuff like that
- It would be helpful if that was already coded into Findjoo

Member365 was unable to meet our needs for reporting especially, but also was very unresponsive when we had problems. Findjoo seemed like a good fit and has worked well so far.

Incredible support, always there for us!!
Findjoo helped us grow from a brand new non profit into a solid organization 5 years later. We sent all our newsletters out with Findjoo, handled our donations and donation receipt emails. We kept track of our members and built our community from the ground up.

Findjoo Membership System
Transitioning to Findjoo has been a success in every way.
- Transitioning to a new membership system is always stressful
- Findjoo ([sensitive content hidden] ) made the integration of our new system with the payment platform much easier than I had anticipated
- More importantly, I really appreciate the timely responses I receive when a question arises
- I particularly enjoy the ability to go back on certain issues that were discussed since some of the helping sessions that I have had with [sensitive content hidden] are recorded and kept in the documents section in the system if I forgot certain aspects of a process
- This has proved to be invaluable
I cannot think of a flaw in the system - we are completely satisfied with the software

Seamless Communication
Our overall experience with Findjoo has been seamless. It can sometimes be hard to find a company that has the software plus the communication that Findjoo offers. Our account executive surpasses our expectations which truly plays a huge roll in surpassing our patient needs. What we do is a team effort and Findjoo is a part of our team.

- We wanted a seamless process that was user friendly but also convenient for our workflow
- The software is exactly what we needed but more than that is incredible communication with our account executive

NAECTE Grateful for Findjoo!
Any time I have needed to fix something or offer a new component (a new type of purchase or make templated emails) [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been readily available to show me exactly how to get something to work! He is amazing and so is Findjoo! I highly recommend this product and company!

- There are more functions will will continue to pick up on and use as we grow our national association, such as labeling board membership for conveninent mass emailing and tracking of emails (who has opened, read, etc
- ), offering conference supports on the software side, and so forth
- We love the interface between our Wordpress website and the Findjoo membership, purchasing, and communications offerings
- One great example of what this powerful software can do: We can host a lookup database on our Website, which sorts by our membership regions and pulls forward the information from Findjoo in realtime

Excellent support made life SO easy.
I was able to manage our membership (renewals/new members/cancellations), regardless of where I was, due to a robust mobile interface. We elected not to make the system "self-service", but handle all the transactions manually. Routine processes, whether sending renewal reminders, or e-mailing newsletters, or exporting data (.csv) for our direct mail service, were all quick easy processes.
- It was easy to migrate our legacy data to the Findjoo Membership Management system
- As a small (250 member) non-profit, we had run the operation on a spreadsheet for many years
- Moving to Findjoo made my life so much easier
- [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was extremely helpful with the on-boarding, helping to configure the system to mirror the way we managed our members, and served them, setting up all the templates for the various communications
- Findjoo has always been committed to being responsive to customer requests for enhancements or changes, and updates are installed on a weekly basis
- Sometimes, one of those global updates would affect the way data appeared for me, and the way things worked
- One con is their use of a email client, and message arriving at recipients from "service@findjoo
- com" would often go into a spam folder
