There have been some minor glitches but the Fortay team has a very fast response time to resolve these

We wanted to collect feedback in a way that remains completely anonymous and helps us develop our people leaders. Great product rooted in knowledge and science
Working with Fortay was a great experience. They are highly attentive to each customer, knowledgeable, rooted in science and focused on driving impact for organizations. Fortay was a great thought partner on a number of things in the talent/DEI world and the product delivered very useful insights for us.
- Fortay has a quick, easy to use experience for candidates and an easy to use interface for viewing results
- It is highly customizable and I think the focus on values in hugely impactful for an organization
It did not impact the value Fortay brings but if I had to choose something, it would be the aesthetics of the platform

More than just a survey tool
Overall it has been a very positive experience with Fortay. They continually add new products and features. They are very responsive to customer requests and questions
- Fortay has a large product suite that covers everything from Recruitment to Employee Engagement and DEI
- The tool is customizable and the customer service is excellent
- Sometimes the log in as an admin can be glitchy

- With the use of Fortay, I have been able to assess where leaders are, empower them to move to action themselves, and simultaneously develop customized learning based on their strengths and opportunities
- I love that I can easily customize the content and their personalized recommendations are much more detailed than other assessments by outlining a number of suggested actions with instructions, the potential impacts, and links to additional resources

We use Fortay to prescreen job applicants and also monthly to measure our teams engagement.
Pre screening for culture fit with new job applicants as well as engagement monitoring for our current team
- The Engagement tool is great for us to keep a pulse on how the team is feeling and how engagement changes over time and through our companies changes
- We also love the open ended comments, as we get insight that we may not otherwise get
- There are often bugs (which is par for the course with any start up) but this is always immediately remedied by the team at Fortay
- Customer Success is very important to them
