great! Except for having to fill out the registration on the animal regs part. I appreciate you being so available and patient when I need help!

- Saves all of the information about destinations and animals
- Allows me to edit information easily
- Can you please discontinue the registration for the animal regulations
- Seems like every other time I click on animalregs, I have to fill out the registration

There is definitely a learning curve, but it is a fun program and I would hate to be without it! Customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!
- Once the information on a person, place or animal is entered, I never have to do it again, so it is a tremendous time and work saver
- It is easy to make corrections or simply update photos on patients throughout their lives
- Connecting patients to a central agent like a farm, trainer or horseshow agent is convenient for clients and me
- The HorseSYNC app is pretty cool, too
- For health certificates
- it is time consuming to change all the animals to one owner in order to include them in a single health certificate and then go through and change them all back after the certificate is completed
- I wish the agent could have the same access to the animals as the owner for this purpose
- Also
- I wish I could generate vaccination certificates (not just Rabies) for dogs, cats, and horses

Quick access to Coggins forms for Laboratories
Great customer service to get an account set up. Easy to use. I wish more veterinarians would use it.
- As a laboratory, it makes receiving the Coggins forms so easy
- Filling them in takes hardly any time, and I can send it directly back to the veterinarian
- It has way fewer clicks to get where I need to be compared to VSPS
- There's a cost to it
- But it's worth it
- They do have where you can pay per form
- For bigger labs, they have a monthly charge, which amounts to less per form

Really love the ease of use and low prices.
Very happy with the support from customer service. I have recommended our small animal clinic use GVL for our CVIs.
- Once I was familiar with the platform, CVIs were so much easier
- I really appreciate that the animal information is done and only update rabies information
There was a little bit of a learning curve but like anything new, once you learn to navigate around it is good
