A great company to deal with
GoB2B's support has been excellent, and their integration works well.
- GoB2B integrates tightly with our Sage system, and is especially good at handling pricing
- Other software options couldn't handle Sage's pricing system, which can be a little complex
- We were able to use the import functionality of the CMS system to produce spreadsheets for importing product data, which saved on overall time an effort required
The CMS tool could be modernised somewhat, but I believe a re-vamp of this is in the works

It serves a good purpose for B2B services
Overall they have been very good. Initially there were some hiccups at the start, but the support team worked hard to iron these out and as such provided a solution to us, not only the ability to use ecommerce through B2B means but redesign our website.
- The software is generally easy to use when you have a good grasp on the basic features
- It does exactly what you need it to do which is list products and add info with some basic control features
- It occasionally feels clunky, no web based version (yet) but hear they may be working on something web based in the future
- Need some technical ability to make sense of it initially, but it is very useable
- Not massively customisable once you have the template in place but the support is very good should you get issues or want backend changes

Excellent B2B ecommerce/Sage 200 integration solution
Overall, I am very pleased with the GoB2B’s platform and the customer service they offer. Since moving to their platform, we’ve seen continuous growth across the ecommerce side of the business. The platform has met not only our needs, but also the needs of our customers, and the feedback we get from our customers is that they’re happy with our website, it’s user friendly, easy to navigate and provides a hassle-free buying experience. Overall, I’d highly recommend using GoB2B if you’re a B2B business using a complex ERP system such as Sage 200!
- Seamless integration with our Sage200 ERP system makes managing our website and product listings very simple
- The software is also very customisable, providing flexibility to meet a variety of different business requirements and processes
- For example, a lot of our corporate customers often have bespoke purchasing requirements, and GoB2B can adapt the website to provide tailored solutions to meet each customer’s individual needs – this is a big win for us
- From a customer experience perspective, GoB2B are great and are very quick to respond to simple requests, through to more technical based requests
- They know their product inside out, which is reassuring as a customer
- Most importantly, our ecommerce sales have increased MOM/YOY since moving our website to GoB2B’s platform
- As the websites are template based, it can be quite limiting in how you display product information or imagery
- Any customisation generally requires a support ticket to be raised for the work to be implemented
- It would be useful if there were more ‘out of the box’ page templates or modules available, so that a website administrator has a little more flexibility when designing pages and laying out content, without needing to raise a support ticket
- The software is initially quite hard to get your head around, but once you have it sussed, it’s straightforward to use
- GoB2B are always on hand to help though
- Administrator/dashboard reporting could be improved – it would be nice to see a ‘live’ dashboard with various filters available to quickly review performance across a variety of different data points

Get Going Online in No Time!
The overall experience with GOb2b has been a positive one and we are in the process of transitioning some more of our sites over to the platform and into their development. They are knowledgeable about their products, attentive, and quick to jump on any issues although the platform has been very stable from the outset. Key also has been the team's advanced knowledge of the SAGE integration that makes the ongoing business process aligned and efficient.
- Using the latest SaaS Software we were able to build and transition to our new website in double-quick time and were immediately taken by how the site scaled and performed on mobile devices
- Loading our products via the SAGE integration interface was straightforward as was building the pages and uploading various imagery
- As an Administrator, there is good control of the content on the site going forward so you can quickly adapt to changing market conditions
Being a templated product there are certain restrictions to what can be achieved in the short term but with the goal of being up and running fast this was not necessarily a bad thing and everything developmental can be picked up in a second phase

Ideal for B2B ecommerce with Sage 200 integration
Very good. GOb2b designed the platform themselves so they know it inside out. They have carried out bespoke work for us over the years when we want a facility which isn't included with the standard package. Support is good. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team at GOb2b are responsive, helpful and able to think outside of the box.
- GOb2b is an ecommerce platform and CMS system all in one
- It integrates with Sage 200 in terms of stock levels, stock prices, customer accounts, customer discounts, and it automates the sales order process for online orders, calculating shipping prices, posting orders through to Sage, and creating customer accounts in the Sage for new customers who order online
- It also includes a powerful CMS system for managing product catalogue/departments, product pages, and content pages on the website
- Formatting text for product descriptions and content pages is easy with GOb2b because it uses Markdown Syntax, an much easier formatting code than HTML - HTML can also be used, however, if necessary
There are very few features I dislike about GOb2b as a platform - those I do dislike are just 'niggly', that would get with any software

e-commerce sales boost
We needed an e-commerce package to allow customers to place orders, see stock levels and pay invoices. All things are covered to an extent with this package. To get to the next level we need to move to another database something we are looking into at present but overall this current setup is providing a great resource to our business. Minor speed issues were dealt with in a systematic way and the expertise of [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is second to none when things need that extra push.
- Gob2b had most of the requirements we needed straight out of the box additions were written for us to manage our customers the way we wanted
- Sales have been boosted since our customers have the ability to see stock availability and the option to provide alternatives when out of stock
- Our sales team are able to load orders while on the road with customers seeing live stock figures
- The ability to import orders taken from spreadsheets has been a real-time saver
- Connectivity with our Sage 50 database was sluggish to begin with and we had to do an overhaul of our network and server to get decent speed
- This still is a bugbear but is more to do with Sage 50 than the Gob2b software
- The ability to offer early settlement discounts on the software has been out of reach for us
- This is something we have to do manually after orders are paid

New website
We are very happy with our overall experience with Gob2b. We have been with the company a number of years now and we won't be looking to go elsewhere. When we created a new website, Gob2b were able to carry everything across from our old website. The customer service team help very promptly and any issues with the website get sorted thoroughly and straight away. Highly recommend Gob2b to other businesses.
- Gob2b ran our old website for a number of years and have created our new website for us very recently
- They were super helpful and made sure everything ran exactly how we created it
- Problems we came across in the initial set up, were sorted straight away and any teething problems since have been dealt with promptly
- They ran through the shopfront software with us and explained how to use it
- They are very professional and go they extra mile to sort any problems or queries
- They also gave us lessons on how to use the software and how to navigate the new website
- We would highly recommend to other businesses and look forward to our continued business with them
- Shopfront can be quite intimidating at first but Gob2b showed us how to use it and were very helpful
