Extremely Happy with GrowPractice for 3+ years
Outstanding! We had so many hiccups starting a new medical practice from the ground up, and GrowPractice has been one of the few things that has been seamless. In fact, our GrowPractice support contact has been able to help solve issues with other programs faster than the staff at those programs. GrowPractice has been so wonderful to work with - from building our forms exactly the way I wanted them, to making it easy for patients to fill out the forms on their phones, to automated text reminders, confirmations, and prompts to leave reviews so we can improve our practice, they have accomplished every request we have made of them quickly and professionally. GrowPractice is a large part of the day-to-day running of my practice, and the most reliable part of our EHR/billing/practice management triangle.

- This is where we have our online registration forms, collect patient ID and insurance cards, and do much of our patient text communication and reminders
- Everything is very customizable
- The best part: SUPPORT
- Our support contact is very responsive, and has managed to honor every single one of our requests
- We have presented problems and concerns and he has found a perfect solution for every one
- It also interfaces with our other 2 systems, OpenPM and Praxis EHR
- The only thing I can think of is it would be nice to be able to customize my own dashboard
- Right now I need to ask to have elements moved by support, which they always do

Fast, Affordable & Excellent Customer Service
We used GrowPractice for a few form packets to help us open our business. Now, I am not sure what I would do without the tool! We rely on it to power our patient forms, they make it incredibly easy for our patients to complete. I love that they are also mobile optimized, this is a huge plus. When there were edits, the team was always to fast to fix these issues.
- Their willingness to amend and edit the forms to perfectly fit what we are looking for
- They are always so fast with the packets and quick to respond when I have questions
- Will continue to use GrowPractice as we expand the business

- Most of the issues we came across came from the EHR software, not the interface with GrowPractice

Poor and very slow implementation, misleading contract,poor communication and rude behaviour
Our overall experience with Grow practice has been very poor. They first promised implementation in 2 weeks but they did not finish even in 7 weeks. They had promised free implementation but started invoicing from the 1st day the contract was signed and for 2 months they did not even finish implementation. They could only partially finish the implementation and for the rest of it they asked for $1200 as it was a 'custom job'. Every integration is a custom job for any practice. Our account manager was very slow and did not check the integration thoroughly. When he took us live, only 10% of patients were transferred from Open PM to Grow Practice. When I mentioned that I cannot deal with this type of delay, incompetence and extortion and would like to get out of the contract as the intended service is not provided he threatened with legal action. I had also aske him to get me connected with some competent superiors of his which he denied. Grow Practice just lost a large business because of an incompetent and rude salesman. Here is his email to me: " but if you want to fight this out, rest assured that our team will pursue this legally to the fullest extent and will not hesitate to report your business/EIN to the texting verification authority (if the situation demands it - and I hope it doesn't as it will affect you texting capability with any vendor). If you want to pay off the remaining balance in full and close the account, I'll have our billing team do the needful. "

Happy Small Primary Care Clinic Customer
At a time when patients expect paperwork to be online and ready at their fingertips, it had been so invaluable to work with [sensitive content hidden] and the Grow Practice team to get our intake forms on our website. Their system allows for our patients to securely sign our documents right from their smart phone or computer. Grow Practice even worked with our EMR system, Elation, to allow completed intake forms to be uploaded to patients’ charts automatically. So much less work for us as a small clinic. I am so incredibly happy with this feature.

Overall the experience was amazing! [sensitive content hidden] was extremely helpful and always returned my calls in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to make our implementation process effortless. We are looking forward to our business Growing because of how easy it is for our clients to use Grow Practice to complete their onboarding process.

Streamline Scheduling and Patient Intake

- The largest benefit of GrowPractice is the increased productivity for our staff involved with scheduling and checking in patients prior to their appointments
- Online appointment requests integrate with our practice management software which automatically creates a profile for that patient eliminating the need for our scheduling staff to complete this
- Online patient paperwork can be submitted by patients prior to their visit, along with their insurance cards and ID's
- This streamlines the check in process for our staff and gets the patient into the exam room quicker since they don't need to complete paperwork in the office
We did have a few issues that came up after our roll out, mainly minor that could be resolved by GrowPractice support quickly

- Prior to GrowPractice we only made appointments by telephone and had no way of giving information to our patients except phone calls, which seemed to irritate some since everyone stays busy these days
- As for paperwork, the patient had to come in prior to their appointment to fill out the paperwork and sometimes some patients would take quite a while, which would increase our wait time
- In today's era, technology is everywhere and we felt like it was time to immerse into it
- GrowPractice has helped us achieve our goals in making information for our patients readily and easily accessible and has helped us grow our practice as well
- Patients are now able to receive text information about their appointments, fill out their paperwork, send us questions etc right from their phone at any day or time
- We are able to have everything ready for our patients when they come in, which decreases their waiting time and in return they have never been happier
- We value our time just like our patients value theirs and if we can still give them the same treatment but a lot less wait, then that is our goal
- We have also seen an increase in appointments due to the fact that our patients can request an appointment with a click of a button and not have to take time out of their day to make a phone call, especially those who are not able to make calls during the work hours
- We have also increased our time to focus on other tasks in the office with the texting capability for upcoming appointments an
Really we have not found any cons, there are glitches we have to fix to customize to our liking but that is with any company and they have been so fast to fix that we have no complaints
