Pros of fundraising software

HelloFund seamless intergration with Bloomerang
[sensitive content hidden] was invaluable and ensured that our event was a success. From setting up the welcome page, to crafting communications, to coming in person to support on event night, I felt confident in knowing that attendees would have great customer service. This allowed me to focus on other event management needs.

Easy to use fundraising software for personal fundraising campaigns
We have used HelloFund for our past two fundraising campaigns that we hold in conjunction with our annual Tackle Pet Hunger pet food drive. We've had very good experiences with setting up the campaigns each year. The first year I had a few questions, which were quickly and satisfactorily answered by HelloFund. They have been very good to work with!
- HelloFund is very easy to set up and navigate
- It's very user friendly and intuitive and integrates with Stripe, which we already use for payment processing
- Overall, HelloFund is a great choice for fundraising campaigns
- The biggest drawback is that you must specifically invite or manually add individual fundraisers to set up pages for your campaign
- There is no easy way for an individual to see the campaign and decide to set up a page without contacting the organization or being invited in the first place
- This hasn't been a problem for us, but it definitely is an area that could be improved

My overall experience with HelloFund for our gala was great. They are very organized and don't mind getting things taken care of in advance which is how we are most successful.

Anderson HS Football Booster Club - Blue & Gold Golf Tournament
For the past two years the Anderson High School Football Booster Club has used HelloFund to manage our primary fundraiser, The Blue & Gold Golf Tournament. We rely on this tournament to fund most of our annual Booster Club support for the football program so an efficient and user friendly platform is essential. Also, being able to manage and deliver for the Sponsors is critical to the success of the tournament and HelloFund is fantastic on this front. The tournament has had better returns each year, with double digit percentage increases to our net income year on year, thanks in large part to HelloFund's functionality and support. [sensitive content hidden] , who ran both the Silent and Live Auctions, explained it best: HelloFund has a simple interface and the team, led by [sensitive content hidden] is amazing! [sensitive content hidden] went on to say that there was great communication with constant support that is responsive and helpful.

HelloFund Takes the Stress Out of Event Planning
Working with [sensitive content hidden] and the HelloFund team took so much stress out of our event for us. [sensitive content hidden] was very hands on with our team and ensured we were using the HelloFund platform to its fullest extent, which made a big difference in our donors having a positive experience at our event.

All was good! I did receive error/form resubmission page responses several times throughout the night, so I often spent time refreshing my page and starting over the check-in/out process for guests. Like anything, as I use the platform more, it will get easier.
- I liked the butler feature for check-in
- I appreciated how easy it was to use when checking bidders in at the beginning of the event, logging bids during the event, and checking guests out at the end
- On the back-end, I didn't love the variations of the "view ticket sales," "manage guests," and manage bidders pages
- It was nice that they all updated with each other, but in a pinch, it was inconvenient to need to remember which one I can use to edit guest information directly, view certain fields, etc
- This could be some amount of user error on my end, but we often got confused between these different pages/sheets and their capabilities
