IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS) is an integrated workplace management solution (IWMS) that includes modules designed to accommodate the needs of operational, financial and environmental performance. Key features include environment and energy management, capital project management, lease accounting and facility management. IBM TRIRIGA provides users with a lease manager that provides information to users about the present and previous asset value, amortization summary and upcoming lease updates and changes. It also provides financial information on real estate contracts and helps generate a summary of lease expenses that are pertaining to a particular portfolio. The solution also helps manage internal and external project activities by providing a list of active projects and their budget forecasts and schedules. It also assists users in space management by providing assistance in space utilization and managing workplace configuration. IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS) can be deployed as either a cloud-based or as an on-premise solution. It offers an online knowledge base for its users to address product-specific inquiries.

Best Asset management tool for organization.

We use tririga for Asset management through the organization. It keeps track of data about different asset that my organization hold. I manage all asset information and update the required asset , defective asset, asset which we have to buy . we maintain all the asset related work using tririga

Using this software does give the user the ability to monitor there assets or equipment more efficiently and to be able to notice trends over time by collecting data, running reports, and then exporting them to Excel and other data analytic tools

IBM is pretty good.

This product is very interesting. It is pretty easy to use after you get a hang of it. We used to have a different product and it was not as good as this one now. We have hadIBM Tririga for 2 years now and it has been really good!

Best Asset and Facilities Management Tool

We are using tririga to manage the entire states asset and facilities management to provide a better health care.

What they liked
  • *Can manage a very large complex information *Scalable to an organisation of any size *Modules are like building blocks
  • highly customisable
  • *An active record can't be deleted, prevents unauthorised damage
Room for improvement
  • *not very intuitive in UI *Complex to understand for any regular user *Number on concurrent users on the application is limited
  • *Expensive to customise

its really good and flexible about environment but works well on linux than windows

What they liked

saves a lot of money on licensing instead of using websphere we can use webshphere liberty can work on both windows and linux

  • need IIS and websphere liberty
  • installation takes lot of time need to follow the documentation
  • need multiple admins like iis and little knowledge on websphere
