Ikas Delivers Beyond Expectations
From the first time I contacted ikas, the team helped me a lot. I had a failed e-commerce venture before, so I was a little concerned. However, representatives from ikas never left me alone throughout the process and encouraged me to work in this field. Using the panel is quite simple, I can do almost everything on my own after a 1-hour training planned for me. It was a critical step to grow my business, I'm glad I chose ikas.
- Compared to the previous infrastructure, it is quite easy to use and simple to learn

Low Standards - No Reply From Support
Would love to use Ikas as my platform of choice, but cannot get support to respond to my request of removing a store that is selling products stolen from my store.
- It's easy to setup
- I could add my products very quickly
- I've contacted support 3 times over the last few months, and they have never replied
- My problem is that another store is selling stolen copies of my digital products and using Ikas to run their store
- How can I move my business onto a platform that supports theft and copyright infringement
