A valuable reliable and comprehensive software product in the cloud
imc Learning Suite is a comprehensive product. It can deliver support for every learning scenario I could imagine. It's an expert system where you should have a certain kind of knowledge to feel comfortable to work with. Customer Support: In every case imc was able to support and help us with our needs and questions fast and qualified. We love the setup in the cloud and the reliability of the system. The performance and speed or the system are just what we expect of a professional solution. It's possible to work with different interfaces. We are using a secure connection to a mirrored DB and REST interfaces. With that you have flexible ways of getting to the learning data to support e.g. learning analytics.
- It's a Swiss army knife revolving around learning in a company context
- The size of the company doesn't matter
- The customer support lets you feel valuable as a customer, and answers fast an qualified
- The Learning Suite delivers a lot of value for your money
- I don't like the old data model (database) on which imc's product is based on
- We had several times where we were not able to understand the logic in the database
- The reason is that there are not relations defined between the tables
- Knowing how the DB model works is important if you want to create and maintain your own reports

Overall the product is good to use for the Training Management. But there are lot of limitations and it is not easy to have a workaround or a competent business consulting or a bug fixed in a shorter time.
- Good and supportive service desk
- Account Management is very helpful and quick to respond in case of escalations or short term wishes
- Most of the changes are either rejected from the product management
- There is no solution to change the language flag in the catalogue and also no solution to select multiple locations for the same course template
- Expansion of booking form per course and adding it to the reports is not easy
- The system does not identify the manager automatically and require them again to confirm the booking again even though they themselves booked it

Good platform that allows you to realize most of the tasks. There are also regular new features that bring the system forward. However, for new admins or admins who do not work in the system on a daily basis, it is sometimes hard to manage. All established routines run smoothly.
As administrators, we have various options for adapting the system to our needs without the need for IMC support
- The text/email editor (not full HTML; limitation of characters) is bad
- A lot of manual work when IMC introduces a new feature that should be used for existing courses/learning paths

Highly recommendable for complex LMS use cases
We can recommend imc Learning Suite fully, especially when you have to cover a more complex use case with several different user groups, clients and you need sophisticated LMS features. If you have to cover a simple use case with one single target group (e.g. employees) and you do not need any special features, another LMS vendor can probably also do the job.

Almost everything is possible, with a little time and some money
If you got the idea of the system, it's easy to explore new features and use them.
- An Admin is allowed to do so many things without a consultant
- You're able to configurate almost everything
- For every purpose the system can be used
- If something's missing, im-c will create it
- Create your own guidelines for functions you don't use so often
- Although the habndling is the same on every page (exept Channels) some features need special knowledge

Learning Suite for Metrohm
A powerful platform that can be tailored to many specific wishes just with the configuration, without (expensive) additional scripts. The administration of courses can easily be shared among multiple users. The platform is well received in our company.

My feedback on IMC
The IMC learning suite is a solid tool to do nearly all kinds of tasks important for our work.
- Performance - anything is possible, all data are easy accessible (Excel)
- Usability is good
- Never had severe problems
Pricing, Training for Admin is OK, but could be better organized (who needs which piece of information)
