About Infrasys POS

Infrasys POS is a restaurant management solution that helps hospitality businesses manage orders, menus, sitting arrangements, and other operation via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to design a custom dashboard to display menu items in multiple languages, capture customers’ signatures, and accept credit card payments. Infrasys Cloud offers various features such as automated recommendations, check splitting, offline access, tableside ordering, takeout and delivery management, coupons management and more. It lets administrators create and organize promotional campaigns, waiter instructions, client menus and other information from a centralized repository. Additionally, managers can gain insights into orders and sales by groups or locations via reports. Infrasys Cloud facilitates integration with a variety of third-party applications including Salesforce, Aspen, Pegasus, Alipay, Infor HMS, Givex, SysPro and more. Pricing details are available on request and support is provided via FAQs, email and other online measures. A very good Easy to use system

Very Good over all I have used the system for 5 years now and have been incredibly happy with the depth of customizations that you can make to the platform.

What they liked
  • Customer support and Ease of use Every time we have had major issues with our server the staff have been prompt to help
  • It's an incredibly easy system to understand and teach usage of to new staff
Room for improvement

Our room service system refusing to open as it thinks it needs tables to operate this leads to slow down during service

POS review

It was a new system software that I came across and learn many new things with how to operate the system and also provide support as IT coordinator.

What they liked

Fast & in processing payments, taking orders and easy to learn how to operate the system itself for new staffs that are undergoing training

Room for improvement

Few times, system gets slow in terms of printing receipts and also having issues with room charges for in house guests

Slow review from Hong Kong for an issue

Not user friendly. There’s one issue subject from Singapore team to review but they said need Hong Kong Infrasys to advise , but I wait some months they don’t come back with solution yet

Reliable POS with Excellent Support

We switched from Comanche to Infrasys POS because Infrasys provides a more stable cloud-based system with better flexibility and faster support. It also offers modern features that are easier for staff to use and manage compared to the old system.

I highly recommend it. It's very good. The best I've ever experienced.

It's a simple and easy-to-use program, even for first-time users. Accessing various program settings is easy, and you can do it directly in the cloud, allowing for instant real-time data synchronization. It's convenient and fast. If you've used Symphony before, you'll know it's much easier and more intuitive.

  • It is a more user-friendly program than Symphony, has stable system, good support and consultation, and works quickly
  • Drawing and managing different screens is very easy, and each restaurant is clearly separated
  • The payment system is easy to use and supports all payment methods for the system
  • The price is reasonable, and the system's capabilities are excellent
  • It can be used instantly on both POS machines and tablets without any difficult setup
  • It's really amazing
Room for improvement

We have rarely encountered a case that we were not impressed with, as every issue was resolved quickly and professionally

Dependable Technology Backed by Great Support

  • Shiji is a reliable POS platform that covers all the essentials for managing a restaurant, both in the back of house and front of house operations

  • Being cloud-based brings flexibility and ease of access, but it does come with some drawbacks
  • Since it relies on a constant internet connection, any outage can cause operations to come to a standstill, with orders unable to be processed until connectivity is restored
  • That said, when the system is online, it’s smooth, user-friendly, and well-supported by a responsive customer service team

Great Customer Support

Overall its great by having a solution for the restaurant pos and services solution all in one which can be use for hospital,hotel and much more.
