User friendly platform
Overall a good experience and complimentary to our other inventory management systems. Customer service is top notch, very quick and comprehensive support.
- Responsive customer service and user friendly platform
- We came across from Cin7 which was missing a few key features we needed that IP had
- Forecasting algorithm still needs some improving however we are working with IP to hopefully get this perfect soon
- Quite pricey but if we can resolve the issues I would confidently say it was worth it

The tool has overall a great and easy usability, great support and easy way to explain it. Great versatility for adjusting articles to your needs, attach several warehouses. Good reporting tabs and easy set up automations, which will take the load from you doing the work and giving it to the tool, once set up correctly.
- While using the Inventory Planner, you have an easy overview, great possibilities of attaching it to data sources, the accuracy of replenishment planning
- It can handle several thousand SKU's, good explanation, also the service team is great to help on all challanges
Long loadingtimes are sometime a topic, also recalculating replenishment figures takes a long time

Great software for purchase order creation
Overall, I would say that the software is fantastic and has allowed us to scale with efficiency. It has also allowed us to onboard new brands with confidence knowning we can expand without putting too much cash in slower moving inventory.
- The implementation is very easy with almost a few clicks and your datat begins to pull through
- It has allowed us to correctly forecast the stock required for the given lead time and days of stock which we require which has meant that our out of stock days on items has reduced dramatically and also allows us not to overstock
The only issue that we have had is that sometimes the reports do not work out of the box so some configuration on the data is required in order to get the information that you require

It's been well, but tweaks are needed from time to time. It's good for a small business or one that is just starting up.

- The data algorithm is mostly well put together
- I would suggest messaging through chat for email
- Struggles w/ the ability to handle sales anomalies
- It's hard to dial in the exact qty that you need to reorder from time to time

- I am still learning the ins and outs of inventory Planner but I had a very helpful interaction with their customer service
- They took the time to figure out the issue I was experiencing as well as help me to interpret and diagnose the underlying causes for future cases
- Understanding error messages given by inventory planner is not the most intuitive
- While I understood the basis of what was causing the error, I had no way of identifying the specifics of the error without first reaching out to customer service
- Now with their help, I will be able to address these same issues on my own if they occur in the future

Inventory Planner - Good Software
Good. I have used this software for a year now, and have just renewed our contract, due to the product working well for our business needs.
- Overall product is very good for our business needs
- We did have initial teething problems, which were quickly rectified by the team to ensure the forecast works better for us
- Additionally, my account managers [sensitive content hidden] have only ever been helpful, and have guided me along the way with anything I was unsure on

It's been a really useful addition to our business
We signed up to Inventory Planner to improve forecasting and stock supply for a retail location, ecommerce store and Amazon FBA. Previously all of this work was done in spreadsheets, but rapid business expansion and an increase in suppliers made this process increasingly laborious. Inventory Planner has greatly assisted us, leading to few stock-outs and the ability to better deal with surges in customer demand.
- Required replenishment is automatically flagged based on historical demand, making it easy to identify the lines which need some attention
- Forecasts are accurate and the per-SKU 'dashboard' summarises a lot of information in one place
- PO creation is quick and very customisable
- The overstock feature gives us a steer on which lines require some promotion
- Having mastered the basics, there's a sense that we could be getting more out of the system
- But there's no clear path to achieving that without sitting through hours and hours of webinars in the hope of spotting the nuggets of information we'd find useful
- Some of the UX in product/bundle setup isn't as intuitive as it could be

- Process Efficiency: Inventory Planner eliminated our need for manual calculations and spreadsheets freeing up our team to focus on strategic tasks
- It also provides us valuable insights through forecasting, reporting, and analytics
- We also participated in Sage Inventory Planner basic training, which helped us a lot to use Inventory Planner in a correct and efficient way
- The Support Team is great
- Very helpful and overall nice to communicate with
- Pricing can be a bit heavy for smaller companies / start-ups
- If you are not using standard integrations it's a bit more tricky to establish an efficient integration, however CSV-connection works fine, just requires a little more effort

Great Forecast & Service
We had an easy time setting the system up. There was excellent training that was interactive. I had great customer support via the chat when I was struggling with a report. The system has taken over multiple spreadsheets by multiple people. We are saving so much time, and forecasting even more accurately.
- I can forecast inventory more accurately and it's easy to use
- I can run reports quickly and tailor them to what I need on the fly
- That I didn't have it sooner
- The only issues we have experienced is ensuring everyone understands the difference between vendor and brand
- Our systems didn't quite match so we needed an easier way to resolve it
