About IT Retail

IT Retail is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) solution built especially for independently-run grocery stores and retailers. Key features include inventory management, customer management and mobile device support. IT Retail offers scanner-and-scale integration as well as weighted-item tracking. The solution enables users to run reports tracking metrics such as popular purchases, individual product performance and employee behavior. IT Retail also includes employee management functionality such as a staff time clock and performance reviews. The solution works with Apple Pay, takes EBT payments and supports gift cards. IT Retail is available for purchase on a per register per month basis.

Competent Compassionate Understanding and Bright

It was just really great. The person who helped me [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful patient bright and understanding and also communicated things very feasibly. She also helped in being able to navigate certain things and let me know of things I did not know before hand.

The Worst System Imaginable

The worst possible customer service experience in my entire life with anything. I have had better customer service by a girl scout selling cookies than this group of so called "professionals". The product does not do what they say it does. Do not be duped into buying this system. You will regret it. They had to pay off the people on their website to get those reviews because I cannot imagine anyone liking this system unless they have 5 products and nothing else. Again, save yourself the heartache and aggravation and do it by pencil and paper if you have to before you buy this junk.

  • It is hard to set up, hard to use, slow processor, just simply horrible

  • The customer service is non-existent
  • Their reps literally yelled at my staff when calling in to get assistance with the numerous issues
  • In one week we spent over 10 hours on trouble calls
  • They promised quickbooks integration that would offer quality reports, they don't
  • The sales reports suck
  • The restaurant pos is horrid and has so many glitches that they will not address
  • The retail point of sale is awful and half of the time rings things up incorrectly
  • You can enter an item in, save it, and then poof it's gone
  • If I could get my money back I would
  • RUN AWAY FROM THIS SYSTEM
