The Best Investment I Have Ever Made for the Business

Support is the best!

This is a great system for either the start up or established jewelry store. It is easy to train new users and advanced enough for seasoned professionals.

  • Steve is most patient in answering any questions I have and always gives answers right away either by return call or email
  • Very user friendly system and highly recommended

Once the learning curve was over with the program became feature rich and easy to use.

The logical layout of the screens is a plus. The number of reports and their adaptability to any requested data lookup is amazing. It seems the program is constantly being update with new and functional features. The basic functions are a breeze; sales tax, POS, inventory, etc. There are some weak areas such as the "look up" feature the runs extremely slow to the point it is really not a usable function. On the plus side I needed a link to MSWORD for the way I do appraisals and Roger's crew was able to oblige me. In all, a Great Program and well worth the purchase price and time to learn it.
