Solid tool for signatures, & collect feedback, just wish the UI felt more modern
I’ve been using Jotform Sign for close to 3 years now. I use it both with my team and directly with clients. It saves a lot of time and makes the signing process smooth and professional. Definitely recommend it if you're dealing with multiple documents or want to automate parts of your workflow, and most important if you want to collect reviews and data.
- Super easy to use
- I didn’t need to watch any tutorials—just uploaded my doc, added the sign fields, and sent it out
- It also provides ready-to-use templates, which saved me time when I didn’t want to build documents from scratch
- It’s honestly become a go-to tool for signing contracts and collecting feedback after finishing a project
- Functionality-wise, it’s great
- But as a product designer, I do feel the UI need Revamp
- It works well, but it’s not very visually engaging
- Some modern touches, better layout, UX law, and small micro-interactions would really help bring the whole experience up a notch

I switched from Typeform and a self-hosted form system because Jotform Sign offers better tracking, and less manual work. My old setup lacked built-in e-sign support, payment gateways, custom CSS/JS options, and other features that Jotform covers out of the box.

- We have tried many companies to create an easy process for new patients to complete their paperwork online
- Jotform is by far the best we have used
- The ease of creating the paperwork is great
- Patients love that they can complete their paperwork and sign it conveniently
We have not had any negatives yet, and have been using Jotform sign for a few years

We couldn't customize our forms easily. Our originals had to be scanned into the program and it was not easy to change what we needed to. Patients complained about only being able to use certain browsers to access and sign the paperwork.

You need this if you need signatures for your non profit organization
Overall, great experience-if you are considering this for your for profit or non profit business, just do it. We have used JotForm for probably 10 years.
- If you need legal signatures and forms that collect important information, you need this for your non profit
- Once you figure out how to use JotForm Sign it is mostly plug and go
- We use this almost everyday, especially when we are signing participants up for our programs/services
- Go get this today
- It is a bit cumbersome to get JotForm Sign turned on initially, this could be made more user friendly
- You have to leave the form set up page to turn this feature on
- It would be great to have this all on one page

Good, could be better
great overall. Could be better. UI is so flexible that sometimes things do glitch. Otherwise great product, very happy to see the growth of the company over the years. Good work.
- Flexibilty and broad options to choose from
- The table view doesnt totally work as an excel file or allow for direct import properly
- When importing date from excel, it does not integrate with calendar

Great for recurring docs, wish there were more functions
Overall, I enjoy using jotform sign. It does miss some features that its competitors have but I appreciate not having to use several different programs to meet my business needs.
I like the ease of being able to fill in the form fields for forms that are sent on a recurring basis
- I wish I could modify the font style/size for fields
- Sometimes it looks wonky on the completed document because i'm not able to adjust the font and size like i can on AdobeSign
- I also don't like that it's not as easy to send a one-time document that needs a signature
- It's really only great for recurring docs

Adobe is not cost effective for the occasional times that we use it for.

I love jotform
My overall experience is thats its easy to use, simple and more affordable than Docusign
- I love Jotform
- Its so simple to use and easy to send
- My whole office uses it
- I love it much better than docusign and its more affordable
- That yoiu have to pay, however it is still cheaper than docusign

Easy to use
Since we already use Jotform, it's nice to do more on the same platform. It's easy to use and figure out.

It’s great but a bit expensive
It’s been great. I enjoy the process. I wish we could put the signed documents into folders too.

Great for those who already use Jotform for forms
Overall, a very positive experience. Easy to use, easy record storage.
- We are already very integrated with Jotform, and I loved that they offered this service so I didn't need to go out and get yet another service for signing documents
- It works very similarly to Docusign, has the audit trail, and is overall very useful
- The field auto-detect features aren't the best when uploading a pre-existing PDF
- I typically have to go back in and add the initial boxes separately
