Kaseware Administrator

Basically the user would put in a ticket describing their issue, the bad thing was if the users did not describe the issue correctly it was an issue of trying to figure out what they were wanting.

What they liked

The email feature was very helpful, It is nice to be able to email users from the ticket

Room for improvement

There were too many selection in this product to choose from and became very hard to use

More options to configure to our Origination.
