While we faced some limitations due to external policies, the tool's functionality and the AI-powered Autopilot feature have greatly reduced our workload. Regular, adaptive simulations have become key in enhancing our defense against voice scams.

A Great Product for Cyber Education
We initially struggled to find a training solution that specifically addressed our organization’s most common threat: phishing attempts. Most other training options lacked the instructional depth that Keepnet provided. Not only did we receive comprehensive security training on phishing, but Keepnet also conducted real-world phishing tests with our users. These tests increased in authenticity and complexity as our users' knowledge and maturity improved. An added benefit is the automatic assignment of remedial training to users who failed a phishing test, helping reinforce their awareness and aiding those who need additional support.
