About Lacework
Lacework is a cloud-based platform that provides intrusion detection, compliance and automated threat defense for multi-cloud containers and workloads. The platform includes password requirements, multi-factor authentication and usage of root accounts.
The primary features of Lacework include anomaly detection, file integrity monitoring, host intrusion detection, account security, Kubernetes security and more. The solution checks controls for a series of GCP resources including access logs, storage buckets, ACLs and others. Additionally, Lacework provides configuration and security support for programs running in Microsoft Azure.
The product support platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Rackspace, Linux, Core OS, Docker and Ubuntu. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via live chat, an online help desk, email and documentation.

Solid multi-cloud, host and infrastructure based security tool
Fantastic experience, and a product that sells itself in respects to other alternatives on the market. They're instrumental in calling out abnormalities, but not lending to dashboard/tool fatigue.
- The fact that alerts eventually drive to zero, and that you can deploy this app at the infrastructure level in 5 minutes is very appealing
- The Kubernetes support is a big plus for companies moving towards modern infrastructure
- You do not need a sizable or mature security team to use this tool
- The leadership team has a lot of credibility and experience in the SaaS B2B Enterprise Security space
- The UXUI has come a long way, minor con there
- But it's getting better
- Alert bodies have greatly improved over the past year
- Could use some more support in GCP
