What they liked
  • Easy to implement, and to use
  • We are three users, not all of them are digital natives, but everyone found it very easy to use
  • The homepage summarizes perfectly the financial situation of the company: paid, due and pending invoices, and payment delay
  • moreover, you can connect your bank and the payments are automatically associated with the invoices
  • Last but not least: the customer service is very friendly and responsive
Room for improvement
  • I thought texting was going to be an option soon when I signed up, but it still isn't
  • Iwould like some more features : the ability to customize dunning dates for certain customers, the ability to suspend and resume dunning for all invoices

Organized accounting data

The billing data is easier to prepare, and there is a comprehensive view of pending collections, allowing for perfect tracking with more precise notifications.

A very good cash collection tool with very good ROI indeed

Leanpay helped us to improve the way of collecting credits from our customer and to reduce the average number of collection days from 110 to 90
