LexReception is a Great Option for Small Firms
Excellent
- They answer my calls, set appointments and free up my time to work on legal matters
- Tehe managment team is very responsive and they customize the script the way you want
- I use the app on my phone and can return calls, if necessary, and can even send a text message to callers
- My assistant and I are able to take notes in the app
- so we can see what the other has done
- There is nothing that I don't like
- It works the way I expected and more

Overall, my experience with LEX Reception has been excellent. I am a happy customer.
- I like the value
- I had been using a different company
- I really liked the service they provided, but when I learned about LEX Reception, I requested a meetign to disucss the service they could provide and it turned out they cold provide comparale service for about 25% less than what I was paying
- I also love how responsive they are to my needs and input
- It can be challenging to get the receptionists to pronounce things correctly

Cost. Answering Legal was much more expensive.

- Scripting is not perfect, but with the human element it's still pretty good
