About Linxio

Linxio is a GPS tracking and fleet management solution designed to help businesses track vehicles, schedule preventative maintenance inspections and manage shipment orders. With Linxio’s vehicle tracking system, proprietors can track on-field employees including real-time details on speed, fuel usage, driving style and engine diagnostics across vehicles. The route optimization module allows managers to plan the course of travel and monitor routes taken by field service executives. Features of Linxio are asset tracking, compliance management, dispatching, automated notifications, reporting and more. Additionally, supervisors can use the application to monitor drivers’ behavior by analyzing their scorecards and receive alerts for vehicle maintenance and over speeding events Linxio comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms, such as Xero, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Experience overall has been good, we haven't needed to deal with customer service.

What they liked

I like that it is real time tracking, vehicles are easily identifiable on the system if you have a large fleet

Room for improvement
  • I didn't like that they were trying to push midway through our subscription to automate the payments
  • We signed up via invoice each month and we would transfer money across

This is the best Fleet Management Software i have ever used

Get a total overview of our fleet, manage staff working hours and dispatch work and tasks more efficiently, saving both time and money. Just by setting up simple alerts and reports, we were able to save over 12000 hours of labour where our staff were either starting work late and/or leaving early.

  • Its is very easy to use, user friendly, yet very comprehensive in its features, the reliability of the server is flawless and the hardware never skips a beat

At last, a comprehensive GPS fleet management software

Using Linxio has mostly been a positive experience. The tracking and reporting features are invaluable, though setting up integrations took some support.
