Gets things connected - for less (and also has the connections you want.)
The staff were helpful when they could. It takes a bit of learning, but the AI also helps work out what's wrong. I worked out how to do it a bit like with trial and error working out the bad things first but you get there.
It had the integration I needed to connect two parts without paying as much as Zapier
- Some of the connections like the Klaviyo to Neverbounce didn't work with the bulk check and neither side was quite sure what to do
- I decided to find an alternative solution for that
Switched From
Didn't have the integration I was looking for.
Why they chose it
"Had the automation I was looking for and the right price point. Was also recommended by a developer."

Super powerful automation tool
Overall has been a game changer in terms of scaling and automating repetitive tasks, especially with the automatic scheduling feature.
- I like how Make lets me automate my cold email campaigns with custom logic and integrations that would take hours manually
- The integration with OpenAI in particular is awesome
- The visual builder can get confusing with complex scenarios, and error handling isn’t always intuitive
- Also, auto save should be implemented because I've lost changes many times with this
Switched From
Make.com is much more intuitive and easy to use compared to N8n.

Unreliable and Unresponsive Customer Support
My overall experience with Make (formerly Integromat) has been extremely disappointing. The platform might have potential, but the unresponsive and unhelpful customer support has rendered it almost unusable. I would not recommend this service to anyone until they drastically improve their customer support.
- Initially, the platform showed some promise in terms of features and integrations
- However, any positive aspects are completely overshadowed by the terrible customer service
- The customer support is absolutely atrocious
- John from their support team ignored my follow-up messages, Milo did not provide any help for almost two months, and even the [sensitive content hidden] closed my ticket without any resolution or explanation
- This company’s complete lack of care and responsiveness makes it extremely frustrating to use their services

Best automation tool on the market
Overall, it's a great tool enabling all kinds of business functions to start automating their own processes, requiring fewer people to build processes. Even within product teams, Make can be super useful for building and exploring new processes or solutions, refining all the features until satisfaction before putting it into regular code. Even though it's very easy to use for business users, we found that it makes sense to onboard heavy-users on some engineering best-practices. Microservice-like scenario architectures can be quite helpful for managing bigger processes and ensuring maintainability.
- Super easy to learn and very intuitive to use, even for non-engineering folks
- Enables a very wide range of automation use cases
- Has pre-built integrations with almost every widely used SaaS tool
Operations based pricing can have some drawbacks when users aren't onboarded properly
Switched From
Significantly better range of functionalities

Make: it sped up my development significantly. It's a user-friendly tool offering endless opportunities for automation and data processing
I started using Make recently to get data from a client's server through webhook, and then automate all the data processing, saving, and connection with other apps. I did in 2 hours what I imagined would have taken me 1 month. It's crazy easy to setup
- I love the fact that you can connect to any other tool to get data, and the webhooks setup is extremely simple
- There is an almost endless amount of compatible apps that you can connect to and the workflows are easy to setup
- Also, the benefit for startups makes it a really attractive deal for founders who are starting on a budget
- Make is a great connector and automation tool, but it's just that
- It's just a tool in your quiver, and you have to have active accounts on all the other platforms
- it'd be great to not having to deal with it, maybe with an Oauth or similiar
Why they chose it
"As a pure automation tool, Make is great. Bubble allows great possibilities in automation, connection with different things, but for task automation, and interconnected workflows, Make visual editor is quicker and more convenient."

MAKE - AI Automation for everyone
The experience with MAKE is great. Thanks to new features on a regular basis, a big community and a lot of help every project and workflow can be achieved, Of course you need to have time to understand the product, create and administrate your workflows, but that should be clear from the start. MAKE is for automation, but it needs know-how to use, which you can get by using the product.
- Make has an easy to understand, user firendly UI, with Drag and Drop you can add, connect and edit Moduls from a VERY wide range of tools to automate mail summaries, adding informations to exsiting data and so on, I could write an essay about the possibilities alone
- But thanks to Drafts that are made by MAKE you can a good overview about the possibilities with MAKE
- There is also a new option fpr AI Agents, Human in the Loop as an extra security step
- MAKE is always up to date
- Due to the amount of possibilities with make it is sometimes hard to find the correct modules, connections or ideas
- It is sometimes trial and error how to create your workflow
Why they chose it
"The User Exereience for me is much better with MAKE"

Essential for integrating various tools and ensuring smooth workflows across our systems
Lacks API support for certain software, which can limit its connectivity in some cases
Switched From

Quick thoughts about make.com
Apart from the hard to debug workflows, make.com does a good job at helping me develop simple workflows - between make.com, google sheets and social media.
- Connects with thousands of applications and makes me communicate with different apps and transfer data across nodes to help me achieve my tasks
- With make, you can build your own self serving API powered apps without a single line of code
- I bought into the hype of building AI agents with make
- com, very wrong idea
- Triggers won't work automatically and you have to turn it on to actually keep everything running
