Great EMR System with Top Notch Customer Service
I have been very satisfied user of MD Charts for over 9 years. Program is user friendly for providers, MA's, front desk and billers. Unlike most EHR programs, my providers actually see more patients a day due to the ease of use and customization of the program
The ease of use and customization of templates Additional modules for Pathology, Telemedicine, and MIPS reporting are available MIPS Scores are always close to 100% due to the design of the program Assists with proper ICD-10 coding and use of modifiers Excellent technical support staff and staff training

The help and support has been great. I bit difficult to navigate the system.
- The best feature is the help that is readily available and willing
- The cumbersome way to find a pt, many times it says pt does not exist unless I put the name a certain way
- Need to change and make it easier

difficult to understand the tech support due to language challenge (India).
